Nice beds, warm pool, large room.
Room lacked furniture, terrible cable reception for the tv. Fridge didn’t get cold, only one ice machine and elevator.
Staff was fine but didn’t notice 8 girls screaming in the pool while dumping liquid soap in the pool. And then running the halls of the hotel pounding on doors for hours late at night.

The beds were fine except for some stains on one of the bedsheets. The breakfast was not good. The biscuits were microwaved and rubbery. The worst part of breakfast was when my daughters poored milk in cups there was a tiny dead roach floating it one of thier cups that came out with the milk. We threw all our food away at that moment. The front desk was nice and helpful. The place was very quiet which was good. The hotel was pretty full and I never heard anyone else from their rooms or in the hallway. We slept good. I would stay there again but won't eat the breakfast!

The hotel entry is very sp**** and dark, not welcoming. The hallway and the room had a musty smell, with a slight disinfectant odor. The old carpet did not look clean. The only good thing was the soft bed and decent breakfast. Felt it was overrated on Hotels, and overpriced for overall quality. I would not stay again.

Hotel smelled terrible…carpet in the room was filthy and stained and smelled acrid! The shower was scum by and dirt and the toilet seat was broken. Obviously no one inspected it. Lamps were dusty to price it had not been well cleaned nor had the filters in the AC unit. Hugely disappointed and I will not recommend to my colleagues. An indication of Managenent or lack of. What happened to the Comfort Inn & Suites I have always known?

The room smelled clean and fresh. Bathroom was also very clean. The only thing that wasn’t that great was no breakfast include, price for breakfast are high. But the good side is they have Starbucks 😊, the girl that helped also at Starbucks wasn’t to great. Don’t tell Starbucks 😳

The room was clean, though a bit outdated. The staff was nice especially housekeeping.
The parking was inconvenient, it was located at the back entrance and you had to climb the stairs to get there.
