Well, this place is amazing to say the least. GRACE, LUCY AND WA'AD were exceptional in their service and greetings. This made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. All staff were hospitable and accommodating. We were offered the junior suite which turned out to be tremendous with a terrace. The food was great and the coffee outstanding. As we checked out we took a photo with Grace, Lucy and Wa'ad to have the warmest memories. Highly recommend and will be sure to stay there again. A HUGE SHOUTOUT the owner Edward....nailed it with design and service 👍 👌 👏

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in during our visit to Damascus, and we would never choose any other place over it. It makes you feel like home, great service, amazing & friendly staff, super clean. We enjoyed every historical detail in the hotel, and we will definitely come back to visit next year.

The place is amazing, the service is fantastic, they treat you with great hospitality. Everyone is smiling and everything is super clean. Glad I chose this hotel and will come back in the future for sure. Thanks for the great service and appreciate the hospitality and great staff.

All kind of services you would expect from a 5 Stars hotel we did find. Rooms and overall look is just amazing and charming, Breakfast was very authentic and with a good quality. Location is right in the middle of old Damascus where you will reach the Hotspots of old Damascus with just walking distance.

I had the chance to visit the Fantastic Beit al wali Hotel Which is located in the heart of the Famous Old Damascus , What A Stay !! What an Experience , It was hard for me to leave the hotel and miss the spirit of the most lovely house Super clean , Super helpful Staff Will come again and again Highly recommended

Amazing place, very good service The place was clean. Attention was fantastic. We loved the breakfast (variety of food). We loved everything here. The best hotel in Damascus Thank you for everything ❤️ (Jana-joumana-fida-naya-taline)

The interior of the hotel is breathtaking, 4 old damascene houses connected together and make it feel like the most beautiful oasis in the middle of the old city - perfect location to see all the many things Damascus has to offer. The service is 5*, the staff are all helpful and friendly and make you feel extremely welcome and the breakfast is delicious and generous - keeping you going all day as you see the city or explore more of Syria. A luxurious must stay for anyone wanting to spend time in the old city of Damascus

This is the most beautiful hotel that i have ever been . Every single time I'm here just feels like home. I've been in so many hotels but for sure this the best one ❤️ Finally abig thanks to the manger and to the Friendly staff you are doing agreat jop ❤️

If you visit Damascus you must stay here. The atmosphere is out of an old Syrian show and is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service is impeccable, the staff anticipates your every need! You are truly treated as a royalty!!!!
