Eine positive Überraschung: das Zimmer bot eine Couch-Ecke, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle sowie das eigentliche Schlafzimmer. In der Preisklasse ist das inzwischen rar. Wenngleich alles sauber war, hat Hotel auch Verbesserungspotential (abblätternde Tapete und fleckiges Sofa). Das Rezeptionspersonal war sehr fix und freundlich!

I enjoyed my stay there very much but was concerned by the limited staff during certain hours, i.e. room service. Also most convenient elevator was not in service.

The property on the whole was excellent: spacious, clean, and well-kept. The staff were friendly. However, the head of the bed was noticeably lower than the foot, making it impossible to sleep until we unmade the bed and remade it with our heads at the foot and our feet at the head. Without a headboard, the pillows kept falling off in the night so we had very restless and low-quality sleep as a result.

The only 2 positive things I can say is the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
The bathroom was dirty upon arriving, the shower didn't work properly and the rub took 10 min to drain after a shower.
I don't know if we got the bottom of the barrel because we went through a 3rd party or not. Had they answered their phones one of the 10 times I called I would have booked through them. I tried this hotel because my siblings gave me a good review.

Friendly and helpful staff, room very clean and well appointed, it was a very nice stay- close to anywhere you need to be in Danbury

The place is clean from when you walk in,
If you leave something in your room, good luck getting it back if at all, unless you stay on them at once. house keeping not good with English.
I called the front desk to inform them, but it was never noted according to the girl the next morning.

This hotel had been a top facility. Hotel is still nice. Needs cosmetic improvements. Having lived in the area for some thirty years, the hotel needs TLC.
Still nice but it could be a 5 star.

Restaurant on property but breakfast doesn’t begin until 730 on weekend limited and much better value could be found in close proximity even coffee cups provided for only one morning for a two day stay. Limited staff which was evident in general cleaniniess of common areas. Bed was comfortable
