Out of their control but arrived at the hotel at 10:00 am off a ship and unable to get a room until 3:00.

The hotel is very nice but I would not recommend staying in the room we had. It was supposed to be accessible but the room was not setup well. The pull out bed blocked the king bed so I had to sleep on the sofa so we could get out of the main bed. No bar near the toilet. Also stayed next to elevator so it was loud.
Staff was pleasant, restaurant was great.

Hotel in a convenient location. Within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Just needs a little more upkeep in the rooms i.e. re-caulk showers, regrout tiles.

Easy check-in. We got a shuttle to the airport at 4 am. I was surprised they offered that. They offer it 24/7 on the hour.

For some reason the room keys only worked for 1 day and had to be replaced every day a little frustrating but front desk was very nice. At times the elevators didn’t work. They needed service elevators for housekeeping because elevators were always very full

This is the 5th time staying here, pre cruise. This time the rooms have been updated, very nice. We love the convenience of this hotel to numerous stores, a mini mart, and restaurants. There is also a restaurant and bar on site.

clean property, clean and spacious room, quiet, non-smoking floor, walkable distance to multiple shops and restaurants, complimentary water in lobby was nice. spa/jacuzzi was not in service, breakfast was overpriced and not very good, and the gym did not have access to TV and no cleaning supplies, however the equipment was in working condition.

The room was uncomfortable. There was a noisy vent next to the bed. The mattress was foam and mushy. The pillows were flat. There was only one chair so only one of us could sit. Very uncomfortable!!!

Airport pick up was a joke waited a 1/2 hour then when guy came vehicle wasn’t clearly marked asked driver if it was Daina beach Hilton said no called hotel again waited 1/2 hour again same guy shows up and finally understand s me said “ oh I’m sorry I misunderstood “ so waited 1 hr total
Them signed up for shuttle to boat dock ask for noon time pick up girl puts down 10:30 when I clearly said noon .that mix up caused confusion .and I’m sorry you can pick up from airport for free but charge20 .00 per person to drop off at boat dock that took about 6 minutes.I usually like Hilton s but never staying here again .I’ve already booked another cruise for 2026
