Lots of construction and noise all day was not peaceful at all. Noise till 8pm banging hammering all day did not get ant
Y rest at all checked out one day early staff not friendly at all keys to room always not working never apologize to me

-Hotel was fine, perfect for flights or people going on cruises. Not much food options nearby, and not enough seating in breakfast area. Hotel was clean,
Shuttle to hotel/ back was a bit of a mess. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive and the shuttle takes about 30-45 minutes to arrive. Plan ahead if you need to go to the airport...we ended up having to uber it to the airport in the morning due to it not being able to pick us up from the hotel for 45 minutes

Shanice and Ty were fantastic at the front desk. Super helpful and pleasant. As was the manager. Did their jobs very well. The shuttle driver left us waiting for 2 hours at the airport despite repeated calls (6 to be exact) and we finally booked a Lyft. Management reimbursed me for the cost but we were hot and a little frustrated upon arrival. The rest of our stay was wonderful!

We only stayed one night after a cruise. Hotel was very clean. Bed very comfortable. The hot breakfast was good. Free shuttle service to the airport.

Pool was nice room was nice but we found the people working the front desk needs improvement as not the friendliest.

Overall, we are happy with our stay. However, there were some glitches. We booked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. When we arrived at the airport, I called the Front Desk 3 times to ask them to send the shuttle; there was never an answer. It was a coincidence that the shuttle showed up. The shuttle driver was extremely helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. We left one of our backpacks at the shuttle stop and he helped us by driving us back and retrieving the backpack. The hotel was very clean and within walking distance to a nice restaurant. Our room was clean and nice and the bed very comfortable. The TV was not set up and we had to call maintenance to help us; there was a phone in the room; however, when we tried to call the Front Desk, we found out that it was not working. The breakfast the next morning was outstanding and made up for some of the glitches. In closing, the shuttle driver and breakfast staff were outstanding. The Front Desk clerk working that evening needs to be told to answer the phone.

Glad the rooms had no carpet. Appreciate the microwave and refrigerator. Finally, a Holiday Inn Express that serves real scrambled eggs, not the fake kind that was the usual before. This location was the best for catching an 0-dark thirty flight! Will stay here again for sure!

We were a party of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) and we got a suite and it was very comfortable for the 6 of us. We stayed for 1 night before our cruise. The airport shuttle was great. We enjoyed the pool area before we left for the port. The free breakfast in the morning had lots of options. We would defintely stay here again.
