非常差的體驗 ，中國人千萬不要住這個酒店。
服務員表面客氣，其實心裏歧視華人 ，早餐前台告訴我們10點結束 ，9:30我帶着孩子餐廳用餐 ，那個餐廳的（******）告訴我們結束了，東西她都收起來了，還笑嘻嘻的讓我們去超市買。過了一會一個白人拿着房卡，那個死女人居然笑臉相應給白人去拿早餐。我問她為什麼他有，我們沒有？她又問我們需要什麼。她就是個****，真噁心。

I found the hotel to be in very good condition. The room had been recently updated and everything was fresh. I had read some negative reviews about being run down but this was not my experience. I thought the hotel was very good value and I would definitely stay there again.

I like the area, it's quite, only complain is the food is expensive. i wish breakfast was included but overall clean.

Room was clean and weill laid out
Room phone was in operable so you could'nt call front desk
It was a hassle calling in from outside line as there was no option for front desk
when i finally reached the front desk the woman seemed non-plussed that the room phone was out

I frequently stay at Sonesta, Danvers, MA when visiting family. Hotel is conveniently located, clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

PROS: Clean facility, and very friendly staff, and sufficient accommodations for a one night stay due to work.
CONS: The charge for parking was very strange, as a paying customer. The bathroom was clean but outdated due to the bathtub and fixtures.

The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was very quick. Bed was good and shower was hot. Only “complaint”, no breakfast and even had to pay for coffee and water. Plenty of places to eat and shop close by.

Hotel is nice and quiet. Overall not bad, a little out dated, but clean. Breakfast was just grab a coffee and prepackaged muffin, which is poor. Would stay again.
