Very comfortable facility, loved the beds. Very bright light parking lot, felt comfortable arriving late in the night.

My friend and I were on a road trip and just 'going with the flow'- stopping wherever we felt like it. This is often hit and miss when comes to hotels, but we were definitely happy with this choice! Big room, extra clean, big bathroom (also extra clean), everything worked and the staff was awesome.

Super friendly staff, very clean room and lobby . Large room with a comfortable bed. Coffee in the room and lobby. Hot buffet breakfast. So much to choose at the buffet! Will definitely stay again

同一家酒店入住3天，早餐還不錯，每天有更換一兩個品種。周圍是住宅區，附近有一家不錯的餐館SUPINOS RESTAURANT DANVERS MA

It was my third time at this hotel. First 2 were good - third trip, not so much. Had to switch to a new room as appliances were broke, then a maintenance guy walks in our room right as wife was getting out of shower. Neighboring room was smoking cigs in hallway. Breakfast was bad.
Place just seems much worse than I remember from previous visits. Won't stay there a forth time.

I always enjoy staying at the Best Western Plus North Shore Hotel. The rooms are clean & comfortable, and the staff is always inviting and friendly. The breakfast is a nice touch too!!

We needed to stay an extra night and the staff was super accomodating, hotel was clean and breakfast was decent. No issues for a quick stay.
