Nay Palad Hideaway

Nay Palad kesinlikle ailemle birlikte kaldığım en muhteşem/lüks/misafirperver/lezzetli/muhteşem tatil yeriydi. Rutin olarak aldıkları olumlu değerlendirmelere ekleyebileceğimden emin değilim ama deneyeceğim. İlk olarak - personel. En tepede GM Mart ile başlar ve orada çalışan her bir kişiye kadar devam eder - temizlik personeli, yemeklerdeki garsonlar ve saha görevlileri. Profesyonel, arkadaş canlısı, konuksever, sizi misafir olarak gördüğüme sevindim ve ihtiyacınız olanı aldığınızdan emin olmaya kararlıyız. En önemlisi, çalışanlar orada olmaktan gerçekten mutlu görünüyorlar. Bu pozitiflik tüm deneyime nüfuz ediyor. Her şey, sizi sıcak gülümsemeler ve sampaguita kokulu havlularla havaalanından alıp tertemiz bir minibüse bindirdikleri anda başlıyor. Nay Palad'ın girişine vardığınızda da devam ediyor ve sanki tüm personel sizi deniz kabuğu kolyelerle karşılamak ve selamlamak için sıraya girmiş gibi görünüyor. Güzel bir sürat teknesiyle adaya gitmek ve adada yürüyüş yapmaktan lezzetli bir barbeküye dönmek ister misiniz? Sadece kelimeyi söyle. Mangrov ağaçları arasında paddleboard yapmaya ve ardından pagodada kokteyl içmeye gitmek ister misiniz? Ne zaman hazır olabilirsin? Daha da uzatabilirim ama şunu söylemem yeterli; her gün bizim için yeni sürprizler ve mutluluklar sunuyordu. Son zamanlarda ailece Nay Palad'a çekilmemiz olağanüstü bir şey değildi. Büyük grubumuzu sorunsuz bir şekilde ağırlayan tesis, unutulmaz bir kaçamak için ideal bir destinasyon olduğunu kanıtladı. Büyük ailemizin ihtiyaçlarını karşılamaktan her ayrıntının halledilmesini sağlamaya kadar Nay Palad ekibi övgüyü hak ediyor. Grubumuzdaki genç yetişkinler sörf deneyimlerinden çok memnun kaldılar. Tesis sadece dinlenmeye hitap etmekle kalmıyor, aynı zamanda maceracı ruhlar için heyecan verici aktiviteler de sunuyor. Mükemmel dengeyi yakaladığı için Nay Palad'a teşekkür ederiz. Fiyat daha yüksek olsa da, lüks, hizmet ve genel deneyim göz önüne alındığında harcanan her kuruşun haklı olduğu düşünülüyordu. Nay Palad'ın çevreye duyarlı olma konusundaki kararlılığı da anılmaya değer. Daha da kişisel bir dokunuş için küçük bir öneri; personel için yaka kartları kullanmayı düşünün. Bu, etkileşimleri artıracak ve konukların daha kişisel bir düzeyde bağlantı kurmasına olanak tanıyacaktır. Belirli isimlerden bahsetmeyecek olsak da, Nay Palad'ın her personeli konaklamamızı unutulmaz kılmakta rol oynadı. Kesinlikle geri döneceğiz.

Bir ömür boyu deneyim. 10/10. Başından sonuna kadar hizmet şimdiye kadar yaşadığımız en iyisiydi. Transferimizde soğuk havlu, soğuk su ve biraz meyveye indik. Her gün otelin yeni bir bölümünde, ister ağaç evde, ister sahilde yemek yedik, her zaman mumlar ve çiçeklerle donatılmıştı. Konuk deneyiminden CJ bizi günlük gezilerimize götürdü (hepsi harika ve mutlaka yapılması gerekenler), mükemmeldi. Konuk deneyimindeki Em en güzeldi ve hiçbir şey onun için fazla değildi, kalışımızı çok özel kıldı. Şef Pierre olağanüstüydü ve yemekler Filipinler'deki 3 haftalık gezimizde yediğimiz en iyisiydi. Yemek alanının müdürü (adını hatırlayamıyorum) çok yardımsever ve düşünceli biriydi. Joy ve Jake harika sunucularımız tanıştığımız en hoş ve misafirperver insanlardan bazılarıydı. Otel güzel, geziler muhteşem, yemekler efsane ve genel ortam muhteşemdi. Masajlar da harikaydı ve her gün 90 dakikamız vardı (indiğimiz gün bile bize rezervasyon yaptırdılar). Geri gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz! Balayımızı gerçekten çok özel kıldılar ve ayrıldığımız için çok üzüldük. Kesinlikle her şeye konulan ayrıntı miktarını asla aşamayacağız! Yan not - sundukları tüm aktiviteleri deneyimleyebilmeniz için yağışlı mevsim olmadığında mutlaka gelin!

What an exceptional experience. The team at Nay Palad is top notch. Friendly and ever helpful. They live up to the meaning of hospitality all the time. So much activities to do…your choice. They keep track of your activities and they remind you of your next itinerary. Communication is a breeze, no phones at the villa, but they have IPad to get in touch with the team. They are just a message away and quick to respond too. Very relaxing resort. I was looking for a quiet resort and found it there. Well appointed furniture and resort design. Food is excellent too, with a lot of choices for drinks/refreshment. Chef Sean is very talented and creative with the food. I really liked the concept of having your meal at different locations in the resort and I looked forward to the next dining spot, including lunch at Corregidor island. Every spot is pleasing to the eyes, not only for aesthetics but sustainability. I appreciate Nay Palad ‘s commitment to sustainability. The villa we stayed in is a zen spot. Did the massages and pampering offerings at any time I wanted to. Yoga session with Echo was rejuvenating. He focused on self love and gratitude. Felt like a spiritual retreat. I did not have to worry about anything with this Siargao visit. Even our laundry is taken care of. The team treated us as part of their family— the Filipino way, very accommodating. I enjoyed my conversations with Mart, it was personable, not business like. I felt chatting with a friend. Will definitely return to Nay Palad and would highly recommend it. To Mart and team- THANK YOU for an amazing stay and experience. I am so thrilled I ended up at Nay Palad rather than A______o. Kudos!

Spend the money. From a seasoned traveller (particularly one who often splurges on top tier properties) - Nay Palad is the best place I've ever been lucky enough to call home. They have mastered the key rule of hospitality: emotion. You've done your research and know the amenities, you see the gorgeous facade and well appointed villas, but what you don't see is the heartbeat of the hotel: its people. Over your stay you'll get to know everyone: beyond how they can help you. There is an effortless, genuine warmth they ALL have that is unlike anything I've ever seen. Having worked in hospitality management for nearly a decade, this is very hard to achieve. Your preferences are remembered, honored and prioritized. Your wish is their command. Your every need is met. To be helpful, here are a few things I wish I knew before checking-in, that are worth mentioning: - You don't need to pre-plan excursions. I emailed ahead of time to ensure I was able to do everything I wanted and they told me, not to worry, they couldn't have been more correct! Someone will come and chat with you during dinner (night before) to help you arrange activities for the next day. They'll give you suggestions/guidance but ultimately, Siargao is your oyster! - The food is absolutely incredible; and memorable. It is NOT an after thought. We made requests for specific foods and they were always accommodated! - The staff are easily accessible. You'll never need to go looking for someone. They don't hover/aren't invasive, but they are always available. From the friendly yard keepers to the GM to the head chef, all open and willing to converse! A couple of key service moments that exemplify how they go above and beyond: - We had connected with a few of the tour guides and requested them; and it was always honored - When we checked out, they left us with some photos from our stay and a hand-written note - Our driver back to the airport knew our plane had not arrived and that the terminal was tiny/packed/uncomfortable. He let us stay in the AC van in the parking lot until our plane came (25-30 min). He even pulled out fresh calamansi juice (which was our favorite) as a departing drink! - We left our GoPro in the room unknowingly and the GM called personally to ensure it was mailed back to our home. Thanks Mart! This is the best hotel I have ever been a guest at. I am very well travelled particularly in the luxury set, and I actually work in luxury hospitality with over a decade of experience at AAA/Forbes 5 star properties in the US—I can be hard to truly 'impress' and they have done it here, over and over again. Spend the money, and I promise you won't regret it. You will be thrilled to meet their wonderfully assembled team of people!

We have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world and travelled to many countries but Nay Palad managed to do something quite different to anywhere else….it felt like a genuine home from home for our entire 9 nights we were there, The clue is in the name ‘Hideaway’ and it lives up to its promise in every way. The welcome at the airport, with two lovely smiling people welcoming us, the cold Sampaguita towels and what felt like the entire team assembling to welcome us when we arrived at Nay Palad felt so special. The key point is that this all felt truly authentic, not forced or doing a job, rather everyone seemed genuinely interested in us from the moment we arrived. This never faltered once in 10 days. As we walked into the main building and out to the pool and bar area, I was like, ‘wow, this is breathtaking’; the beautiful Dedon furniture (we have at home) dotted around perfectly manicured and beautiful grass lawns down to the beach and around the pool. Huge oversized beds on the beach all looking out to a Pagoda from which to watch sunsets in the sea. Our villa was dreamy and anything was a quick message on Telegram away. The team managed to provide exceptional luxury and outstanding service but in such a low key and friendly way. We had a 60 or 90 minute massage every evening and my wife had a yoga session, some of which were quite spiritual every morning. She feels totally restored. Every meal was served in a new location that was in itself fun and playful. The only menu was at breakfast. Any juice was possible. Super healthy choices. Dinner was always exceptional, innovative and really tasty as well as looking beautiful. It would rank up there at the highest in London in my opinion. Such a delight to just trust the chef and his team to delight us everyday. I dubbed the bar ‘the best bar in the world’ (and I’ve certainly drank in many of them)….i mostly made my own cocktails or made them with one of the team….so laid back, it felt like my own bar. We did a bunch of activities, paddle boarding in the mangroves, sunset watching on the naked island, sea pagoda and mangrove pagoda, island tour, island hopping…we felt so looked after and loved by everyone all the time. We head home with hardly any laundry because it was all done in quick fashion and delicates all looked after well with everything laid out in our room at the end of each day, Wonderful beach walks, (walking around the little island just offshore at low tide is a must) and fabulous sunsets! Thank you to all the Nay Palad team, so Martin, Anne, Em-Em, Flo, Jake and Jake, Nielsen, Thor, Sean & the entire culinary team, CJ, Joelle, Chriz and Belen (thank you for your amazing massages for my wife) and everyone else…not one person was anything les than outstanding in every way! This place is true barefoot luxury (I literally didn’t wear any shoes for our entire stay), a real home from home and a very special hideaway. I recommend Nay Palad 100%!

The attention to detail and perfection exhibited by the team is second to none! Every step of the way the team enabled us to have the most amazing experience in the most perfect settings! The facilities were only second to the nature and sunsets! 12/10

I stayed at Nay Palad with my wife and 3 kids. The service was absolutely amazing, the team was incredibly nice. They have a few experiences for families that are part of the package such as an island hopping and trip to the north; and in addition they helped us with anything we wanted to do in the island. When we needed help with the kids we got a babysitter who is part of the resort’s team and the kids loved them. The resort is beautiful and quiet, but also 20 mins drive away from the most central area in the island. I highly recommend nay Palad and hope to go there again soon. Nir

Stunning location with beautifully designed villas facing the pristine beach. The management and staff were courteous, well-trained, hospitable and attentive to our needs. Exceptional fine dining experience in the resort or even during island visits for lunch and sunset watching. Cuisine was prepared by an international Chef. Activities were left to our personal preferences making our stay more relax. We were assisted during our land tours and night tours making us feel safe. SPA and other treatments were always available. Enjoyed the pool, donut ride, snorkeling, outdoor cinema, table games and board games.
