Incredible spot with beautiful cabins next to the creek. Unlimited recreation opportunities right out the door. Painted Rocks for a paddle or swim. Or just take a ride on a 4 wheeler. And homemade ice cream. Thanks, Dave!

Let me preface this review, with the fact that ******* listed this property as in Darby, Montana, when in fact it was an hour outside of Darby essentially, and I also did not expect it to be a "bed and breakfast" as we booked in a hurry, and it was buried in the details. Our biggest issue was that it says "Children Welcome", yet, we were charged an additional $50 for our two kids, when we arrived, and told that our 4 year old was a problem because they didn't take kids under 10, which was not listed on anything prior to booking even when we went back to check. We felt it was a little rude to be told that, but we did appreciate the late check in as we were traveling from glacier. Anyway, the property itself, is beautiful. The cabins, are essentially small storage buildings with a bathroom, loft area, and bed. No AC, but stayed cool with windows open at night. They are finished well inside with shiplap etc, and fine for a nights stay. Everything was clean as well. However, I do feel it's over priced. Overall, it was disappointing to be greeted with negativity about having our kids with us, and surprised with extra charges, however, take that away and the property is nice, if overpriced.
