There was no hair dryer in that room. I am a girl(blessed with long hair) n after bathing i might catch a cold if i don't dry my hair. Like a geyser, dryer is a basic requirement

I had a pleasure staying at avianna seven seas, located absolutely prime area in darjeeling, just few mins walking distance from mall. The staffs are really helpful and welcoming. Clean and spacious rooms for your convenience. They offer good food also and even in room service. Thank you team.

We have booked single delux room but unfortunately hotel showing some technical problem they shifted to their other property which is near 15 minutes far from this hotel. However with the coordination with mm t, hotel shifted us 2nd day with original booked hotel. There was harassment and time lapsed, plaing disturbed like our senior person. We expected better service. But sr. Manager of this hotel was very nice.

Pros :1. Prime location2. They have their own cafe in the 1st floor and all foods are amazingcons:1. Very slow service which is very frastrating. 2. Rooms are not upto the mark. 3. Dont pay extra for breakfast. They only serve 2 bread with butter and tea (road side quality)

The room was not worth the price at all. The cleanliness, staff behaviour was average. Breakfast was not served on time and only one item was available.

The hotel doesnt have any power backup you simply have to wait till the electricity comes back without light and geyser. When you ask the reception person they will just say maintainance work is going on with the generator or we will switch on but when you cross question you will find actually there is no power backup. The hotel staffs are very rude and tries to argue without any reason. The receptionist tries to bring illogical reasons saying he was incharge of 5 star properties and being in “hospital” industry for many years but doesnt know the difference between hospital and hospitality services. Service is very poor. They have only 2 staffs who wake up at 8:30 and you dont get any tea or breakfast before 9:30. They dont have adequate plates, towels, pillows etc and try to give u lame excuses to justify those. The towels are dirty and pillows are unclean too. The windows dont close and chilly wind comes in and they dont do anything. The television also doesnt work some rooms doesnt even have the setop boxes

Cleaned properly, guizer not working properly, in a room only single towel provided, no water in rooms, foul dirty pillow kept in wardrobe.

Overall a good hotel for stay, mountain view from the room is excellent. Behaviour of the staff are very commendable.
