Hotel Viceroy

We had a very enjoyable stay this hotel and stayed at the premium attic room which offers a fantastic view of the Kanchenjunga mountain range on a clear day. There are great options to choose from during breakfast. The hotel staff, from the bell boys to the reception staff, were quite polite and very efficient. A special shout out to Mr Arindam Sen who has great hospitality ***agement skills as he truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The mall road is about a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The best thing during our stay was the food. We enjoyed their buffets. The staff was good and cooperative. The assisted us and we had a warm welcome in the hotel. Special thanks to the food ***ager for dealing in such a good ***ner and telling us about everything.

Excellent location , superb hospitality of Mr Arindam Sen , you will feel that you are at your own home . All staffs behaviour also good . Spacious room , neat and clean . Clear view of mighty kanchanjungha from room . Must stay there if you are planning to go there .

Viceroy Hotel in Darjeeling offers impeccable service and breathtaking views. My week-long stay at Viceroy Hotel in Darjeeling was delightful. The staff, particularly Vivek, Vishal, and special mention Mr. Arindam Sen (excellent host), were exceptionally attentive and friendly, ensuring a comfortable and memorable experience throughout. The hotel's ambiance was cozy and welcoming, complemented by its picturesque location. The rooms were well-maintained, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills and mighty Kanchenjunga. Overall, Viceroy Hotel provided impeccable service and a perfect retreat for anyone visiting Darjeeling. The complimentary breakfast was nice too. We would plan for future visits. Things that could improve are amenities like fireplace, gaming, etc., which could have been offered complimentary with the stay.

It was our first time in Darjeeling and we loved the hospitality of the viceroy hotel. Right from the reception the staff were very polite and helpful. Coming to the main star of the hotel Mr Arindam Sen the F&B ***ager of the hotel took extra care towards my family during our stay. His eye to detail and jolly nature made him exclusive out of everyone. His team as well did a great job. Just one negative point I need to add is about the housekeeping guy not sure of his name (guy wearing specs) was rude whenever we did ask him for something. Rest everything was great and will surely come back.

The reception and the hospitality made us feel like we are at home. The decor was a sight for sore eyes, the food was appetizing as ever, the pillows were indeed fluffy and overall, it was a gratifying experience and finally, kudos to Mr. Arindom Sen, whose warmth, love and attention made the stay at Viceroy all the more memorable.

The location of the hotel is excellent, near to Mall Road. The rates are affordable and service adequate. Mr Arindam Sen, the food and beverage ***ager was an excellent host who was attentive towards each and every guest. His warmth and personalised care made our stay v pleasant. Overall a very nice experience.

What can I say...Too class hospitality. I visited alone but never felt homesick. Amazing service and excellent food. I felt that I am having home cooked food. I was not well. Mr Arindam Sen took extra care of me. Never a dull moment in this hotel. Service on time. Hot water and housekeeping service is always on time. Even before I left Mr Arindam arranged for my takeaway food. He is true gentle*** and yet so humble. Please visit and I highly recommend this hotel. The ambience of the hotel is just amazing. Away from the hustle and bustle this hotel will give you peaceful ambience and stay. I was on a solo trip. So solo traveller let me tell you its a safety nest. Like how ww feel in our home.Everyone is humble and polite.i have visited ***y places and stayed in hotels but this one is just excellent Please do visit. I am definitely coming back again.

Location is ideal for a calm & leisurely stay, yet just a 2 min walk from the happening mall road. The staff is very friendly and rooms are tidy. The suite we checked in is perfect for a holiday with kids - thanks to its twin bay layout with wooden flooring for insulation and full size windows for a great view. The restaurant offers awesome food, and the ***ager Mr Sen took great care in curating child-friendly menus for us!
