Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Enjoyed our stay at Sinclairs Darjeeling. Property is old but still the view from the galleries is beautiful. Food was OK. No elevator. All in all a good experience and worth the money paid. House keeping team Sunita and Anju did a great job. Will visit again.

Amazing service,nice ambience.. everything is good here..would like to suggest everyone to be here while in Darjeeling visit. I ll surely keep this hotel in my list for next business meeting also refer others too who are planning to do so in Darjeeling.

Such a awesome experience with all staff. Like as smriti mam. All are well behaved and polite. Being honest I really suggest people to come here and feel amazing hospitality by the staff of the hotel. Reallyy impressed. Special thanks to Mr. Anil Mr. Yogen Ms. Smriti Ms. Pragya Ms. Nickel

Hotel is very clean with pleasent staff.....Rooms are very neat and clean.. Overall fantastic experience... Very good Experience in Darjeeling with great nature. Very good hospitality at the Hotel...Staff are pleasing...Room Service was Excellent...

The rooms very clean, very comfortable and the staff Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. I would recommend this hotel for those who planning to visit Darjeeling. Thanks to Mr. Anil (Manager) and his team for the great service.

I really liked the hospitality of the staff and the overall scenic beauty I could enjoy from the hotel. They were kind enough to arrange for a birthday surprise for my mother at a very short notice. Food quality was good and the mountain view from the property was mesmerising as the hotel is situated at a considerable height. Because of the height it’s advisable to walk down to the main road instead of calling your taxi/ cab to the hotel as it could lead you to get stuck in traffic jam. Overall I had a comfortable stay at Sinclairs.

We recently stayed at Sinclairs in Darjeeling, a charming, older property with excellent staff. The receptionist, Pragya, welcomed us warmly, and Yogesh provided useful informations I was initially concerned about the staircase leading to the hotel reception, given that I was traveling with my 67-year-old mother. Fortunately, she found the stairs manageable and not too difficult to climb. Our room was cozy and well-appointed, although it lacked a view since we booked a deluxe room. The food at the Kanchanjanga restaurant was delightful, and Smriti, our server, attended to us exceptionally well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Sinclairs
