Golden Oren Hotels and Spa

All we need in a Hotel is delicious food, comfortable stay and good behaviour of staffs. We got all these in one place and that @ Golden Oren. I would like to thank all staffs there. Specially KARAN RAI. Thanks a lot for your cooperation.

Nice place to stay.Food is good but most importantly staff is awesome. Specially one named WILLIAM. He is One of the best hospitality staff I've ever seen.Always keen to help with a warm smile on his face.

This is very beautiful place with such immense view from Rooms. We could clearly see Mount Kanchanjanga from here. Staffs and ***ger were all very Cooperative and Friendly. I would like to recommend this place to others as well.

Once you stay in this hotel, you don't want to go to any sight seeing like View Points as We can already enjoy all range mountain part of Kanchenjanga views and Darjeeling town view as well 180 degrees. It's a nice hotel. Rooms are well lit and the lighting is very gentle for the eyes at night (if you need a light to sleep then you're in luck). Amenities are not a problem at all. Even though water is a scarcity in Darjeeling, I didn't notice it at all during my stay. (However, please be mindful and do not waste water. The ***agement takes great care to make sure guests have no problems with water). Very friendly staff, always attentive to your needs and ready to be of assistance at any given moment. Never felt like I had to wait for much unlike other places usually. Great chefs as well so the food tastes great and homely. If you are looking for something outside the menu, it is quite close to the city so there's a bunch of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The hotel itself is hidden in a quiet spot up a flight of stairs. It's a bit of a steep climb so people out of shape might find it daunting, but when you're in the hills, this little amount of climb is honestly just lightwork. Staying here is also a good excuse to get in shape while enjoying your vacation.

Their service and ambience is so good specially their restaurant food is so tasty 😋 specially restaurant staff name vijoyda take care like own family members and view from their terist is so amazing we can see Kanchanjsngha from their terist but the only promble is their location, this hotel is situated on hill top so we have walk 🚶‍♂️ from down of the hill .But the hotel have lift. So nothing worry.

Golden Oren, hotel in Darjeeling this is very nice hotel and staff is very helpful specially for Vijay Chandan and Abiral, and that Hotel is near to Mall Road . I realise this is very nice staff and most important thing is service is very good.

The hotel was really good and i liked the service and i specially like the Bellboy whose name was Chandan Shah and there was one more boy named Om Rai this two guys were very helpful. All others staff were also good.

Golden oren,the hotel in Darjeeling was really good specially two staff were really good Om Rai and Chandan Shah.The foods was really good and was so 😋 tasty.I want to give special thanks to all the staff of the hotel.Chandan and om I wish both of u get successful in ur life all the best for ur future
