Premier Inn Dartford

This hotel is situated close to Dartford Crossing and near to Bluewater shopping centre. lots of free parking and friendly staff at reception. As always with Premier Inn the room was basic but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was great and towels supplied were spotless . No noise from M25 or neighbouring rooms.

We love staying in a premier inn We came for my husbands birthday away to dartFord to bluewaterr for the day and stayed in the premier inn Always have a good nights sleep whatever premier inn we stay in Staff were friendly and welcoming Our room was nice and clean and bed very comfy Would definitely stay again !

I always enjoy a Relaxing stay at Premier inn Dartford whenever I visit my family .Very welcoming friendly staff and spacious clean rooms. Very pleasant housekeeping staff offered to help a little inconvenience with the heating in my room .

After telling the reception team I had no sleep, explaining the issues with the noise of the hearing system and every time someone turned the water on it made a noise. Clearly visible that a good nights sleep was not had - and still no refund of the their good night guarantee. Having stayed in a PI in a different location for the previous few days with work, and comparing it to this - the standards are defiantly not the same!

Right let's get this out the way.hotel fab for location. Premier room is a must. Reception vvvvvv friendly and helpful 28.02.24 sorry no names and a good Manager will check. Room perfect for balance bathroom extractor doesn't work. Meal. Amazingly friendly Manager Sat me down. Now here's the reason for the review. I had to ask the Manager.... Nikki is her name. She works on the tables she is so friendly, happy, professional, clearly been at the venue for ages as she mentioned she opened it. I've not had much time to engage as she's a pure lighting fast grafter. So my only question is as I write this and its a problem for the company. 1. Why is she not a Manager in one of your venues and 2. If she was who the hell would graft as much as her. Her work is standardised across all tables... she's a restaurant dream. She's so good in my down time I'm writing this. Hotel, Beefeater, heads up you a start so bright she outshines everyone. I apologise though as this review captures only 10% of what she does. WB room 302. Occupation Educational Inspector. Ps Manager man as I text is bust called everyone sir etc... what a place.

From the time we stepped in we were greeted by friends (the staff). It was like coming home to our family, but with the added bonus of respect shown to us. The food was great, and the accommodation with very good. There is plenty of parking space, which is free. I had previously spent over 6 months at the hotel summer last year. We decided to spend out Valentine evening and overnight stay with breakfast. And my wife loved it. It may not be in the best location but its very good for a peaceful rest.

Receptionist was very welcoming and so helpful, providing a great service. All staff were polite and friendly for example quick acknowledgement in the bar or greeting when walking through corridors. Good location with free parking Very clean hotel.

Wow this Premier Inn in Dartford was so nice. Room was so big, great for my husband in a wheelchair not having to struggle around chairs. Service excellent & food in restaurant attached was really good.

Staff are welcoming and friendly. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. My only complaint was that there was only one towel for two of us and that the internet connection was very poor unless you payed extra for it
