Pro's Nice view, soft pillows.Good water pressure in shower.
Con's sheets had small driplets of blood, bugs stains. Refrigerator did not work. Microwave was dirty. Toothpaste splatters all over kleenex box and mirror. **********s in shower. Furniture was dirty. Balcony / chairs were dirty. Overall heavy cleaning needed in the room. Commode leaks and would radomly run water to fill. Could hear neighbor's clearly through the walls. Chunks missing out of floor tiles. Used lotion container left on sink. Told desk employee about maintenace issues, didn't even write it down just said ok. For 400.00 plus per night for 1 person, I expected to get a clean room with working a working fridge. Did not use anything else from hotel. Parking was extremely difficult as parking lot is very small. Very tight to get a long vehicle in lot. Also, have to pay 15 plus tax per night to park your vehicle. I feel Extremely Disappointed and Overcharged. Was a tital rip off.

So so old, neybourhood seems abandoned. Never come back in Daytona specially when you just spend a month in Naples.

Our room was spacious, clean and mattresses were comfortable. However, our room was on side next to Ocean Deck restaurant that played loud music to wee hours of morning which kept us awake. Not the hotel’s fault but it didn’t make for a good sleep.

We wanted a convenient place to stay for New Years eve.Great location and we felt very safe walking back and forth to Main street during the evening. Beautiful balcony view of fireworks!! Parking was tight however we had no problems & we had to leave a couple of times to go home & check the pets. Not as noisy as previous comments suggested.maybe updating in the future but very comfortable. We will go back for sure!!

Loved my view right on the ocean!! The breakfast was uhhh. Cold ,soggui eggs, oily sausage!! And workers didnt even answer to a question!! Just ignored me!! Had to ask 2 people for silverware!! Sad they made it worse!! But over-all the hotel is good would go back!!

Staff was friendly. Day time lady could have been somewhat friendly, did not even acknowledge us. The young lady in the evening that checked us in was very polite and friendly. Also Chris**as morning the young man working.

The property overall was conveniently located and staff were nice. It wasn’t the cleanest, but it could have been worse. I was most frustrated with the fact that I booked online for one price and then got charged the second day of our stay with the whole cost, plus $64 for parking that was not an upfront charge.

It’s next door to the Ocean Deck, one of our favorite places on this earth! Walked to the Peabody Auditorium for a concert. Great location!
