The staff was also n the beach was right there n very nice rooms were good. We would stay there again

Exactly what we expected. We weren't looking for luxury, just a cheap place to stay for a couple of nights. No frills, nothing fancy, but it served the purpose we needed. Staff were very friendly. Appreciated the continental breakfast.

We stayed here in the Ormond beach suite for 4 nights after Christmas. The staff was very friendly and polite. Housekeeping came around daily and asked if we needed anything. Breakfast was good and had several options like breakfast sandwiches, cereal, muffins, bagels, fruits, oatmeal, yogurts, coffee, hot chocolate and milk. It was a little chilly while we were there and so heated pool felt amazing! The room had amazing views with a wrap around balcony. We saw dolphins every morning from our balcony! The rooms were clean but could use some updating. It was nice to have a small kitchen where we could make a quick meal or heat up leftovers. There was plenty of space in the kitchen, living room, and bedroom so you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. We enjoyed our time here and will stay again.

The hotel was ok for its price. Old and worn, but neat and clean. The only minus, because smoking was prohibited in the hotel yard area, you had to go to the road to smoke.

You can tell the room has had some recent updates. However, there is a lot more work to be done. There were bugs and insect feces in the kitchen cabinets as well as dirty linens on the beds, the toilet was rusty and not so clean and floor could’ve used a good vacuum.
Now, I will say the hotel was NOT as bad as the reviews suggest and if my room was clean thoroughly and properly I probably would visit again.
By the way staff was friendly and pleasant 😊

Older property. Neat and generally clean. Mold on the curtains, no towel racks or shelves in the shower or bathroom. Lights flickered, went out and came back on. Close look at things, they were dirty in the kitchen area. Got woken up middle of the night by loud neighbors. Could hear everything. Beds were springy. Nice view. The hot tub and second pool were closed. Terrible breakfast. Ran out of things.

room clean and beautiful view of the ocean, it was off season and sad hot tub was closed. heated pool was nice. some construction noisy during day but stoped by 5 pm, all in all good stay for the reasonable price. staff very friendly.

Very quiet on the ocean. But we had to clean the room. Floors bathroom etc. It was a 2 star hotel with a 4 star price.

The rooms are connected with others and it was extremely loud, shower gets water all over the floor and it had a mildew smell coming from the room
