stayed there for a work event, the hotel is under construction so some areas were a little messy or closed off.
The event venue was setup great and beautiful - Rafael was incredible with the AV
Rose was wonderful front desk manager
the food on the restaurant could be a bit better.

Overall a very nice experience. Great view and location. Unfortunately there was construction going on and it was loud at times. One of the elevators was out as well but overall it was a good stay. We would definitely go back again.

There was significant construction in the hotel which was invasive and loud. It made it very difficult to relax. I had called the hotel several months prior to our stay and asked if the construction was finished, they told me yes. When we arrived I was told that the construction on the rooms was complete. The front desk staff were incredibly rude. We asked for water and they would only give us two at a time. The view from the room was the best part. Otherwise, i'm sure this hotel would be wonderful when done being renovated, however, I would not reccomend until then. And the front desk staff need to be retrained...

Hotel was under construction at the time of our stay. Upgrades seem to be nice once finished. The pool was not very relaxing with loud construction going on during weekend day. The staff at the poolside bar was very friendly. The poolside bar/cafe flooded and the bar was closed on our last day. Overall the resort staff. Is very good. The hotel should be much better when all the construction is completed

Room was excellent, clean and spacious. Fresh towels daily, without asking. Staff was so pleasant; every time you passed a staff member, they said hello, and not in a "had to" manner. Hotel was steps from the beach, which was great for walks. Restaurant was a bit pricy, but to be expected. There were many other options for food at the end of the oceanside path. My only complaints had nothing to do with the hotel itself. Many other guests would "claim" chairs poolside, then disappear all day, leaving few decent chairs for others. We also had no television our entire visit, but the hotel graciously gave us a discount. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Very spacious. Photos were spot on. Lovely view of pool and ocean. Balcony was great for the morning coffee time.and for late night drinks. Always nice to have fresh air and to hear the ocean. Housekeeping was available every day. Nice clean room. Pool is busy with kids. We chose to go to the ocean so this was not an issue for us. Grab your lounger early around the pool.

Good hotel, with construction going on, which made it noisy and heat didn't work first day.

Only complaint we had would be knowing the building was under construction or being renovated before we booked. So we would have knew to expect it..

Also our balcony door was extremely difficult to open and close..
Other than that everything was very nice..

The Suite was very nice. Self Parking was easy and safe. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Right on the beach with beautiful views. Would definitely stay there again.
