Club Lux Resort by the Beach

Nice and clean

Needed a place to say for 6 days near my sister's in Deerfield Beach FL. Also needed a bedroom set aside from a den area. Club Lux was perfect and very reasonable priced. Great looking pool, but I never had a chance to jump in. Front desk people always smiled and the fact I knew some Spanish helped with the communication with hospitality staff. I'll be back.

Overall, it was a solid property with a nice and comfortable room. I didn’t appreciate the last second parking fee (not cool). Plus, the shower was extremely weak with a shower head that was old as time itself, but that two things aside it was very comfortable.

It is an older apartment complex type "resort." It's not a resort, by far. I rented a two bedroom apartment- no ice, TV in bedroom did not work (even after maintenance came), my "bed" was essentially a mattress thrown on the floor (no box springs), blinds are too small and people can see in because there's no curtains, bathroom sink was broken and the stopped was stuck down, so we couldn't use that either. Not a bad price but the photos on the website make it look a lot nicer.

The place is a 10 min walk to beach. The pool was very clean the beds so comfortable. The only downside is the room smelt a bit of mildew unsure why, and the large 200 dollar deposit required for a room priced at a third of the deposit value. Did not understand.

I loved how easy it was to check in, there was a blonde girl as the receptionist and was super attentive and helpful. very small and cozy hotel. would definitely stay again.

for the money I was very very disappointed not even an ice machine. The room was very small it was very clean. The bed was worn out and minimum of sheets and blankets not even a dresser to put your belongings on top of.

I stayed at this property for one night and overall had a good experience. It is walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants. My unit was clean and comfortable. The king bed did sag in the center, I'm not certain if it was two twins pushed together or just an old mattress. The woman who initially helped me check in was very kind and helpful! It was wonderful to be welcomed by her. The only reason I didn't give this property 5 stars was because of the noise. When I arrived, there was a handy man working on the door right outside my unit. I wouldn't have even minded, except I had to be in my room on a work call and he was drilling and hammering for an hour. I'd also like to note for others that enjoy peace and quiet like myself that this property is motel style with the pool right in the center of all the units. Be advised, there may be children screaming like I experienced. This is not the fault of the property, but the disregard by parents who leave their children unsupervised. You may also be subject to listening to people utilizing the pool at 10:00 PM as well as the loud conversations of those entering and leaving the property. You will hearing those walking above you if you are on the first floor. If noise doesn't particularly bother you then this place is perfect!
