It’s a decent building, with decent rooms and decent restaurants and a capable staff. It could be a lot better with a little pride, a more energized staff and attention to detail. Rather, it seems old and tired from hallways to rooms to furnishings to linen to curtains to balconies to bathrooms that flood. Everyone just happy with the status quo, a little firefighting and the inevitable decline to dreary. None of it dramatic or show stopping, but add it up and one gets the picture. The menu at Sly Granny, permutations and combinations of the same things. The breakfast buffet good not great. The highlight for me was the honesty - dropped my wallet with credit cards, drivers license and lots of cash at breakfast - was found, kept safely and returned when I came looking that evening. Much appreciated.

The stay was pretty comfortable.. though initially our room was damp but staff was very courteous to promtly act on it and change our room.. the food was also very good.. n above all the FnB manager Mr. Deeptanshu batra is a gem of a person.. he made our 3yr old so comfortable that my kiddo eventually called him mamu (lolllzzz).. never seen a manager like him.. probably an asset of ida. Each n every staff member was very courteous.. food including the buffet brkfst was amazing.. overall a wonderful stay n definitely recommended..
