Good hotel but as per they show their description they didn't give that facility. Hotel staff are also not talking well. I give 1 out of 10

hotel is other side of lakshman jhula so you go to hotel only by boat or booked taxy which is very costly.

The tv wasn’t in working condition of any room moreover they don’t provide any type of toiletries ad rest of things were ok like the food was nice

I had a disappointing experience at the hotel. upon checking in, I was informed that there was no AC in the room. I had to pay an extra amount of 2500/- for an AC room. Additionally, there was no electricity backup in the room, leading to no water supply. The hotel also did not provide water bottles as promised. Upon checking in, it was discovered that there was no AC in the room. The hotel then charged an extra amount for an AC room, offering only a deluxe triple bed room instead of a deluxe or super deluxe room. This situation was unfair and it seems that the intention was not right. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly.

There was no one who can listen to our issues. The ac was not working at all even after multiple complaints they didn't bother to come and check. Whole night was like just as a horror film.

The location was fine. Rooms were okay only. Bedsheets had holes. No mosquito repellent was provided. The cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved.
