像是民宿，房間異形，前台兼職，餐廳無服務員，幸好這裏的人素質不錯。酒店地點不錯，靠近老市中心。

Hotel is sub-standard. Paint peeling off walls. windows with cracks to open air. Beds are narrow (80cm) and not comfortable. Room doors have self-closers that make doors slam. None of this helps with a good night's sleep. Also quite odd -- reception closes at 23:00. So if you arrive late you need to fine another hotel (Best Western) which is about 12 minutes walk away & not easy to fine. And then back, with your luggage. Many people won't feel un navigating this route very late at night. Also, I didn't see this info anywhere on the website. Reception lady seemed competent and kind. So the problem is clearly management.

Hotel was a little difficult to find - it didn't seem to have its name over the door - but proved well worth seeking out. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a good wide bed, and the breakfasts were delicious. Helpful and friendly staff, too. Altogether a most enjoyable stay.

So,I've seen all the Vermeer paintings in the world. I returned to Delft to revisit the Vermeer Center. The Johannes Vermeer Hotel was first rate, the art work on the walls and in the rooms was a nice touch. You can walk anywhere you need to go in Delft. If you're planning a one night stay in Delft, I would advise you to make it at least two nights and stay at this hotel.

My family and I really enjoyed spending the time on this hotel. The hotel was a little bit dated, but it's beautiful and the people were really really friendly and accommodating. We would stay again there with no doubts.

There was an oversight from the staff on how much I have to pay but after showing my printed confirmation from ******* they adjusted the total bill.. the staff tries hard to help.. there was no hair dryer and still gets warm at night & no air conditioning.
They have an espresso machine - the cappuccinos are awesome

Historic building with many STAIRS. Very clean and great location. Breakfast very good. Friendly staff.

This hotel has a brilliant location right in the centre of Delft on a canal. It was originally an old cigar warehouse and definitely has character. It’s quite old fashioned inside and a bit dated but we rather liked that and found it charming. The staff were all really nice, the breakfast was fine, could’ve done with a little more hot choice, but there was plenty there to keep you satisfied. We booked a deluxe double room which was large. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a godsend. Sadly we didn’t have a view - only out over a roof and the back of the hotel but that was ok as we didn’t spend much time in the room. I think next time I’d ask for a view over the back where you can see the church. We would definitely go again. If you want bit of modern luxury this isn’t the hotel for you but if you want a great location, an authentic and charming interior and lovely staff then this is the hotel for you.
