the location is near to metro station but still need to take car to get to the station, room cleaness can be improved but as its a old hotel so its acceptable

Room was ok. Very bad service, the concierge charged me twice the price of my stay, because of their mistake, but found this after I left. They agreed to refund, but after two months I'm still waiting for my money back.
Really disappointed by the hotel service and IHG customer service.
If you stay in this hotel, be very careful with payments and always double check what you've been charged!

Beautiful room, horrible room service, had to wait for 2 hrs despite calling them twice for drinking water, less options in breakfast buffet, on top of that you will be asked to leave buffet hence you would return empty stomach

We got a free upgrade to a club room. The room was amazing. Very clean, hygienic. The staff was polite but it felt like the hotel had less staff to cater to soo ***y customers. Rest everything was great. The location isnt the best but overall great stay.
