Worst experience after paying such premium charges. We have booked one premium room and two delux room for 6 family persons. 1. Totally embarrassed with restaurant people. Serious lack of management. There is nothing serial about restaurant table booking. They are more keen to accommodate outside guest in restaurant compared to guests of their hotel room. Dinner time very much rush even in Monday also. Whenever you will go for dinner they will tell you one hour waiting time. But if you wait their you will find they are accommodating people from outside guest. Avoid fish. Fish items smells very bad. But they will charge you premium for everything. They will charge you Rs215 for simple one plate Khichdi for infant 3. Breakfast is not up to the mark. Found two rotten boiled egg . Some restaurant people behaviour is very egoistic. 2. Washroom smells bad. Size of washroom is smaller than the delux room. compare 202 premium room with 203 delux room. 3. Some lights are not working inside the room. 4. Repeated electric supply cut. 5. Reception persons experience is very bad. No briefing. 6. You have to inform several times for small things like horrible wifi speed, no hot water in washroom, cleaning ,oil sachet etc. Feels very disgusting. 7. In every situation you have to give test of your patience level. 8. Think before booking.
