Our stay was very good and comfortable. Service was also good. Rooms were neat and clean. If going with family i would recommend you to stay here, also if you are going by your personal vehicle they have the parking facility as well. The location very near to temple, you will easily get autos for going to temple

Nice Hotel, courteous staff. Mostly the guests are a one day stay type because most of the visitors are for a darshan at Baidyanath dham. The room was nice with clean towels and bedsheets. Toiletries could have been better. Food was also good. The breakfast menu was very elaborate and I have not seen such big n good menu for this range ( the staff found it difficult to manage ) Had a great stay.

Best hotel in deogharh. Food is so good. Staff are so nice. We booked the deluxe room but upgraded to the suit as a token of love from the hotel side. This is my 5th stay in the hotel. Will always try to book this hotel but rooms are always full. Nice hotel

Location is perfect for pilgrims. Just walking distance from baba baidyanath dham. Food quality needs improvement. Hotel staff are polite and courteous. Rooms are well-maintained. Toilet needs improvement. Overall it is good for one day stay.

Worst experience after paying such premium charges. We have booked one premium room and two delux room for 6 family persons. 1. Totally embarrassed with restaurant people. Serious lack of management. There is nothing serial about restaurant table booking. They are more keen to accommodate outside guest in restaurant compared to guests of their hotel room. Dinner time very much rush even in Monday also. Whenever you will go for dinner they will tell you one hour waiting time. But if you wait their you will find they are accommodating people from outside guest. Avoid fish. Fish items smells very bad. But they will charge you premium for everything. They will charge you Rs215 for simple one plate Khichdi for infant 3. Breakfast is not up to the mark. Found two rotten boiled egg . Some restaurant people behaviour is very egoistic. 2. Washroom smells bad. Size of washroom is smaller than the delux room. compare 202 premium room with 203 delux room. 3. Some lights are not working inside the room. 4. Repeated electric supply cut. 5. Reception persons experience is very bad. No briefing. 6. You have to inform several times for small things like horrible wifi speed, no hot water in washroom, cleaning ,oil sachet etc. Feels very disgusting. 7. In every situation you have to give test of your patience level. 8. Think before booking.

It’s a cute Hotel & courteous staff. Hotel is simple & comfortable , very close to the Temple & very convenient to reach there. Really very happy to have chosen it👍

As heard that one of the best hotel of Deoghar city so for the short trip I booked for business trip but not found up to what I heard about. Receptionist and staff well behaved. Ambience is good. Rooms are not up to my expectations. Buffet area is small with limited space. But I must say “ In Room Dining “ and food Quality is best in class .

Stayed at imperial heights for two nights during our visit to deogarh. Had a pleasant experience. The hotel is about 1 km away from baidyanath temple and very near to the railway station. Airport is about 13kms away from the hotel. The room allotted was very spacious and the toilet was neat and clean. The hotel is well maintained with an above average restaurant. Breakfast offered is also good. One of the striking features is that the staff were very courteous and obliging. Over all i would highly recommend this place for stay with family.
