Booked for 3 nights via ******* and prepaid. We finished our photo mission the second day, however, I wasn't back to the hotel till after checkout on that day, so I expected to have to pay for the 2nd night even though I was checking out. The hotel said that I needed to talk to *******, but they couldn't do a refund. When I explained the situation to ******* chat, they contacted the hotel then came back to say the hotel told them "NO REFUND". Gave up on ******* - they're a waste of time. I rang the hotel directly and the person who ******* spoke to, Anita, answered. Yep, I was probably rude (I was pretty annoyed by this time), and she responded much the same. She claimed she'd told ******* they'd refund the 3rd night, but not the 2nd. When I pressed her, she then disclaimed offering to refund the 3rd night. No clue about customer service and no ability to do basic math either.
AVOID THIS HOTEL. Not a good deal at any price.
