Very relaxing stay! All the staff were very friendly and helpful! Supper in bed was also a pleasant experience as food was delivered warm and delicious. Definitely will come back if I am ever craving a staycay.

Everything was good except one and only thing. The bed mattress is too soft! Couldnt get a good sleep and our back hurt! Hope the hotel would change to better quality mattresses since it being a 5star hotel and all. We are Marriot members and all these while we have never accountered discomfort in any affiliated Marriot hotels.

The room hardware are well maintained. The heavenly bed is utmost comfortable and the bath tub is awesome !
There’s some renovation on going to built a new pool and restaurant. We stayed at level 2 same floor as lobby but didn’t really hear any renovation noise
Service is great !! Superb fast response and we felt a very warm welcome from each and every staff from Westin desaru.
Breakfast is great with lots of choice and good taste
Need to cross a small road to the beach but it’s seamless

Had a wonderful stay here, room was clean, staff was polite and helpful and has access to the beach which has an amazing view of the sunrise. Breakfast spread is amazing, good variety and tasty. All in all, a wonderful break! Will be back here again.

Our 2nd stay in Westin and it still does not disappoint. Love the roti kacang pool during breakfast.

Came here to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was relaxing, don’t have to travel out much for food as there were in room dining service and restaurants around the resort.
Did not get to use the pool, hotel under renovation but no disturbance, direct beach access!

Everything is perfect except that we felt aircon is not cold enough at night. Beach is nice too and free cake for bday guest. Good experience overall.

Wonderful and peaceful place, I went solo trip for the first time and I loved it . It was so comfortable at Westin.I was impressed by their service staffs 😍👍🏼
