Staff were accommodating and the place was everything I needed it to be. Short walk to beach access but theyre private so you have to go elsewhere to lounge.

The bath towels are cheap and not clean, shower not refreshing, no water pressure. Over all had a place to lay my head. Within good walking distance of shops, restaurants and attractions.

The rooms were very big and nice. But we were rather disappointed because the main reason we chose this hotel was because of the heated indoor pool and indoor hot tub. Both of which were out of order when we arrived. Notification of this detail would have been nice when booking. And considering the price i feel like it should have been discounted since this was unavailable. And the guy at the front desk being rather pushy with his time share selling was annoying.

Genuinely enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised at the price for how great our stay was. The issue we ran into was the bathroom was dated, the shower and the toilet both had some issues. The bed was fairly uncomfortable if you don’t like stiff mattresses. Otherwise, fantastic stay, and will likely be our new beach spot.

We really enjoyed our visit. The rooms were very nice especially the pool location and the cool layout of the rooms. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The amenities were nice and it would be great for young kids. HOWEVER, the place was completely noisy. All the condos and rooms back up to the atrium area and that acoustics in that room are horrible. So we woke up every morning to screaming kids at the pool. The hot tub was crowded most of the time also. Also, the keys kept de-magnetizing so we kept having to get new, re-issued keys. However, it was very clean, amenities were nice and staff was super nice and understanding.

The hotel was fairly loud and families were playing different music at the pool and it all clashed and just sounded annoying. The receptionist told us we could walk across the street to access the beach but after walking around for half an hour we realized that area of the beach was all private and only accessible to the hotels along the beach. The public access area wasn’t very far when we drove but I wish the receptionist told us accurate information so we didn’t waste out time. The hotel is along a 6 lane street that is very busy and loud so walking along it was not fun. There was plenty of parking and the room was very spacious and clean. Overall a fairly decent hotel and good for large families who need a lot of space and aren’t too bothered by kids yelling. Not good for couples wanting a quiet vacation. Also there aren’t any restaurants within walking distance except for a small and busy pizza shop. Don’t stay here expecting to walk everywhere, you will need to drive due to the busy street out front and the lack of nearby places to go.

Front desk greeted me in a friendly and professionally manner. Front desk was the only positive thing I can say about the stay. Upon entering room and taking shoes off and just walking across room to the other door my feet were black as ash. None of my party could go even in our socks. There was only one tub in unit and it had broken pieces as well as rusted parts. Build up in crevices. There was no plug at all around one bathroom sink. And NO BLOW-DRYER. You had to go to front desk and check out a blow-dryer. First for me. The entire unit was dated, which is fine, but not for $150 a night. I would rate the quality equal to Motel 6. The kitchen was worse than the bathroom. Could not use one door, had to completely walk around the long way, because as soon as you open the door the smell of pool chemicals burned your lungs and eyes. With that being said no one could use pool or any of the so called activities the establishment offered. I wish I had done better more thorough looking into this so called condo before throwing my money away and subjecting my family to staying in such conditions. I even left notes with the wash clothes I had to use to clean the heavy dirt off my feet for housekeeping. Whether or not they care who knows. I will never stay there, nor will I ever promote the establishment.

This place is nice, but the heated pool is ice cold. The hot tub was great and the room really nice.
