The furniture was badly scratched and damaged. The carpet was nearly worn out. The desk chair fabric was worn, and even the trashcans were rusted inside. Overall, the room needed to be remodeled. My room was cleaned once after the first day of a five-day stay. The cleaning staff didn't come until 2:30-3 pm on days three and four. I attended training classes and events between 9 am and 2 pm. I will probably not book a room at a Wyndham Hotel again. I should have taken photos.

They charged my card an additional 300$ for NO REASON…like literally for no reason no one could provide me a reason nor receipt the front desk people were far from professional and the room honestly wasn’t much to look at PLUS THEIR BBQ CHICKEN FLATBREAD PIZZA GAVE ME FOOD POISONING 🤢

地點在市中心，房間能看到對岸加拿大。裝修破舊，衞生條件不大好，大床房感覺床很少也太軟，第一晚發覺沒有沐浴露，但竟然沒有服務員能送過來，要我們到前台拿。早餐14刀加税及小費，算是不錯，價格也便宜

沒有免費早餐，早餐需要另付費用一個人22刀，而且入住時間是下午三點，不能提前入住，退房時間是上午11點，很早。
感覺對不起這個價格，也就位置比較好吧

Online photos do not do this place justice; a true little gem. So much diversity, so many convenient little touches, and I loved the partial view I got of the Detroit river! The hallway outside WAS a little noisy very late at night, but this is a historic hotel that is understandably popular and busy, so I tried to be understanding of different sleep schedules/little kids not tired enough to be quiet in the hall at Midnight:)

I love everything, from the people to the staff. Everyone from the restaurant urban that located in the inside where kinda, courteous. The food and drink where great the lemon drops Craig make are sheesh great and his staff wonderful and Ken at the front was the best

We were greeted with the delightful news that valet parking comes with a hefty $20 price tag. If you dare to leave your vehicle overnight, brace yourself for a jaw-dropping $40 bill.
We were promised a 'city and river view' accommodation, only to find ourselves staring out of our 7th-floor window and into the glamourous view of a parking lot. Talk about a room with a view if you're into asphalt and car exhaust, that is.
But the pièce de résistance? The hot water valve, which seemed intent on serenading us with its cacophony of nocturnal noises. Forget about soothing showers; we were treated to an impromptu orchestra performance every time we turned on the tap. My condolences to my poor girlfriend, whose beauty sleep was rudely interrupted by the symphony of plumbing.

Upon arrival not very friendly, room we received didnt have the view we expected . Couch had food and spoons inside of pull out bed and under. Had to pay for a second night . Received a better room with a view but was way smaller and paid more money. Overall ok place to stay but not for the price .
