Wonderful experience I came hear for a marriage purpose......And also I came hear for the first time.....They welcome us with open heart......I like all the services food was awesome...Miss sonal from reception gives us soft c/out with her smiling face..thanks

The staffs are very good and well behaved They are very much efficient on guest appearance The room service and food quality is excellent 👍 Housekeeping and cleanliness are all places. I have very good experience and pleasant stay. I recommend everyone to stay here

I simply cherish the entire package of hospitality from booking, arrival, stay, fooding till check out. It was a wonderful stay there in Cocoon, staffs/ all the crew members were polite and professional. The overall ambiance, room service and food quality was fantastic. It was a pleasant stay and strongly recommend for further visit.

Excellent experience every time I visit this Hotel in Dhanbad. I feel it's the best Luxury hotel in Dhanbad. Service is too good. Ambiance is perfect. Facility is top class.. Staff behavior and Foood outstanding. Look out for Restaurant Mnager Anirban, he is a perfect gentle*** and does his job really well.

Thanks .....for the wonderful stay ....stay was very good.....i have got the upgraded room ...food was very nice ...Qulity of the breakfast was very nice Specila Thanks to Miss Sonal and Gaurav they are very polite and caring.......Thanks will come again....

Overall experience was very well. Best property in Dhanbad. Sleep and Bathing experience is awosome Breakfast was also very good. For business travel it's perfect destination in Dhanbad city where you can work easily and relax as well.Sonal at reception was very helpful.

The room was in very good condition, entire ambiance of the hotel was mesmerizing including food and staff service. A very comfortable hospitality and quite fast responses we get from reception and FnB team that made me so satisfied for my stay at the hotel.

It was the second time when I visit to the hotel......I love the location and the place located....The hotel is well cleaned well maintained The behavior of the staffs are very good Food was amazing..... I specially wants to mention the name of miss Sonal from reception she is very polite and takes good care of the guest.
