Rageev dais manager was the worst person spoiling our evening i was regular costumer but know i will never advice anyone to visit parklane unless they remove the his sleep was more inportant then the guest

Room service is very bad. Staff are only say sorry not find any solution. And food costs are very high. I have order dinner at 10. 20 pm but get order at 12. 15 am

Beautiful hotel. The staffs are really good. The food was excellent. Room was very spacious. Great amenities. I loved the stay.

Hotel location is outside dhanbad city. Hotel was supposedly wedding venue not a professional resort. Executive rooms are most inferior quality, no windows. Initially they gave last room since they have more than 50 rooms on third floor. Most of the rooms are occupied once in a blue moon. So imagine the smell in a room with no windows. I would suggest them to plan window on the glass pane side of the room. Also you can give 1st floor rooms, those have balconies.

I booked presidential suite to enjoy weekend. Following is the experience:
1. Presedential suite was on ground floor and balcony was covered with large bushes blocking the entire view. I asked hotel management to shift me on higher floors so that i could enjoy the weather from the balcony. But they refusesd. 3. Even after repeated complaint no hot water came in bathroom. 4. Food was terrible and overpriced. Service was very slow. 5. Hotel is located at outskirt where there is no ola service and public transport is very less. I had to wait in rain on road for nearly half hour to catch an auto. 6. Pool is not that great. I do not recommend for enjoying holidays.

staff are very humble, room r clean, many activities for intertainment, very reasonable rate overall best hotel
