Our 5 day stay was flawless. Lola the manager & each and every member of the staff were super helpful and accommodating, escorting us to the clinic to fetch medicine for my wife, totally on top of any transportation (either providing or arranging), nice breakfast included and rooftop restaurant is nice too, we ate there once and it was good & reasonably priced. The room was clean and spacious enough, nice balcony with view. Comfortable king bed, good A/C, nice bath, ample storage with in room safe. Quiet too. Upon early departure 6:30 a.m. they sent with us a snack breakfast for two since it was before breakfast service. Thank you!! 🙏 We splurged for a one day visit to Nova on a resort island, it’s a beautiful place and we toured their rooms. Keep in mind Whaleshark nor any other place on Dhigurah can compete with the scale of luxury on resort islands, but the prices on resort islands are expectedly astronomical. In short, Whaleshark is an extremely good value in my opinion. Highly recommend. Don’t wait too long because they’re actively constructing more and more guesthouses. We visited 12/24. Thanks again Lola and each staff member. You were all terrific 🧡

We recently had a wonderful vacation at the Whaleshark Beach Hotel on Dhigurah Island Maldives. For sure this is a best guesthouse in whole Dhigurah Island, which provides a full resort experience at an affordable price. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The staffs in the hotel were helpful, and they helped us with everything from arranging speedboat transfers for arriving and leaving the island, and they were supportive for booking excursions. We did two days' excursion (whaleshark safari and manta snorkelling), and the professionalism and safety measures were outstanding. The staffs were quite kind, friendly and considerate. The excursions were well planned and we always felt safe and had fun snorkeling. One of the highlights was the meals prepared by the top roof restaurant in the hotel. After having the dinner at the hotel's restaurant when we arrived in the first day, we ended up with having all dinners there. They provided a variety of cuisine all around the world (pasta, pizza, Asian style fried rice, burgers, sandwiches, curries, local maldives cuisine, tacos etc.), and the food was so delicious! Thank you again Chef :) ! All in all, we had a wonderful time in the Island. Many thanks again to all the staff working in the whaleshark beach hotel! We are absolutely happy with our choice! If you’re looking for a warm, local and family vibe of the Maldives, this is the place to experience it!

I just have to rave about Whaleshark Beach Hotel on Dhigurah Island! This place is seriously the best. Unlike other spots that just offer bed and breakfast, this hotel gives you a full resort experience without costing a fortune. As a coffee lover, I was in heaven. They have the best coffee on the island and even offer non-dairy milk! We chatted with the chef, who has worked at several 5-star resorts, and you can tell – the food is out of this world. This was our second time on Dhigurah, and after one meal at the hotel restaurant, we didn't eat anywhere else. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all there. The rooms are super comfy, and they offer complimentary water that’s even better than bottled, thanks to their 7-step filtration system. The staff is amazing – so polite and courteous. We did one excursion, and their professionalism and safety protocols blew us away. They had a tour guide and a lifeguard swimming with us the whole time. If you're going to Dhigurah, you have to stay at Whaleshark Beach Hotel. Trust me, you won't regret it! 🌟

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Whaleshark Beach Hotel in Dighurah, and it was a truly memorable experience. From the exquisite meals prepared by the chef, fresh fish and delectable flavors, to the exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, every aspect of our stay was perfect. The highlight was how the staff went above and beyond, even returning my lost phone in the beach to me late at night. The hotel also offered a variety of enjoyable activities that enhanced our stay, allowing us to appreciate the serene location and everything the area has to offer. I highly recommend Whaleshark Beach Hotel for a relaxing and delightful getaway.

Wir waren im Mai im Whaleshark Beach. Wir wussten, dass es ein neues und bisher gut bewertetes Hotel ist. Unsere Erwartungen wurden aber weit übertroffen. Angefangen bei dem durchweg freundlichen, gut gelaunten und aufmerksamen Personal bis hin zu dem Zimmer, dem Essen und der Managerin. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen von jedem einzelnen Mitarbeiter und der Hotelmanagerin Lola direkt persönlich begrüßt. Uns wurde direkt alles ausführlich erklärt (sogar auf deutsch, da Lola deutsch spricht). Wir hatten ein großes, geräumiges, modernes und extrem sauberes Zimmer. Das Essen, was wir morgens und abends dort genossen haben, war unfassbar lecker. Preislich absolut fair und einfach besonders lecker und gut. Für uns war das auf unserem 3-wöchigen Malediventrip in insgesamt 4 Hotels das allerbeste Hotel, obwohl wir danach noch in einem Resort waren. Die Hotelmanagerin Lola möchten wir besonders hervorheben, da sie uns sogar für unseren weiteren Aufenthalt auf einer anderen Insel mit dem Transfer und Kontakten weitergeholfen hat. So eine freundliche und zuvorkommende Person haben wir noch nie vorher getroffen. Wir haben auch mit vielen anderen Gästen noch Kontakt, die genau den gleichen Eindruck von dem Hotel, dem Personal und der Managerin haben. Absolut zu empfehlen und wir kommen definitiv wieder!
