We never had Diano Marina on our travel sights but we decided it must be a sleepy town. Hotel was excellent with great help from the front desk. Beds were so comfortable and we found the town jumping with great restaurants.

Everything from the lovely welcome from staff, my room the restaurant and bar lounge the food until we left at the end of our stay made this a very enjoyable great holiday.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was one of our best ever hotel stays. Our seafront room with balcony was modern and well equipped and the beds were very. comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and our evening meals were very well cooked and of very good quality. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. When we return on holiday to this part of Italy we will certainly book to stay here again.

This hotel needs to replace their air conditioning. They are old and barely work. Could not feel the fan blowing in the room we stayed. It was hot and we had to sleep with window open on the 1st floor which concerns use leaving the window open. It cooled down a little but we had to deal with all the street noise and vehicles going by. Would not recommend this hotel in hot weather.

Good quality rooms and friendly staff. Would be nice if lift was bigger, but appreciate limitations on this. Shame there was a fire in restaurant day we arrived, but replacement in town was excellent.

Food very, very poor & I was charged a single supplement for single accommodation - my room being a box room! In addition, I paid extra for a ‘side sea view’, but unfortunately my single room also overlooked the public toilets & the community refuse bins! The well furnished public rooms give a very false impression of what it is really like. I would never, ever return to this hotel. Complaints to the tour operator have brought minimal results. .

The hotel is in a very good location on the sea front. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely sea views from room. Expensive hotel parking - 200 yards away. We had a very enjoyable stay there. Lots of restaurants and shops close by.

Arena bridge holiday our hosts James and Jane Tullet were brilliant as were the staff in the restaurant This hotel would be lovely during the high season it was a bad choice for October. It was closing when our party left. The bar didn’t open until 6pm it was impossible to get tea or coffee except at breakfast The food was awful.. most of it went back uneaten. There was nowhere to sit outside apart from a couple of chairs on the pavement The last day couldn’t have a gin and tonic ….no tonic . On one occasion my room was not cleaned . I paid extra for a single sea view room which was lovely.but I would not recommend going there after August / September
