The hotel's location near the highway makes it easy to locate. Room size is adequate, cleanliness is average. The bed is comfortable, though the pillow is smaller than usual.

Ottima sosta se si vuole spezzare il viaggio verso le cascate del Niagara.
Hotel si trova vicino ala strada principale.
Per 1 notte è perfetto.
Di contro ha che dalla stanza si sentivano i mezzi transitare sulla strada principale e la colazione inclusa era scarsa (come scelta e qualità).

Staff are nice and greet you in the morning with a smile. Location is near to every thing. They have 24 hrs coffee at the lobby 😁

I was in the area for work and needed to stay overnight. I found this place to be very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. If I was in the area again.I definitely would stay there.

My husband and I decided to spice up our 10 year marriage. Apparently we left behind a few of our intimate toys. Instead of contacting us to retrieve them. We were called Disgusting, extremely embarrassing.
Additionally, our personal belongings were tossed in the trash and we were charged a $75 cleaning fee for forgetting our intimate items.
The hotel room was completely clean. We are unsure why our deposit was kept. When we called to rebook a week later, we were told that we are disgusting and our items were trashed.
We have reached out to corporate for further assistance.

Staff were friendly (front desk and breakfast staff) breakfast was very limited, housekeeping staff were very noisy in the morning. Rooms are very small, mattresses are very uncomfortable

My car was stolen from the parking lot by a guy the staff let in after hours. I had some friends come help me out and the hotel insisted that I pay for their visit. They are holding my property until I pay then$75. My property is stuffed in the maintensnce room. I intend to see them in court over this. I hope they hsvd all of my property. I saw my laptop they are holding appear as active the other night. Interesting.
Staff was unreasonably rude and one of the workers thinks it's funny to say comments to women under his bresth. My girlfriend actually went to stay at her mother’s due to this. For they price one pays I am sure you'll find a better value. Dangerous place to leave your car. I walked out of that hotel with only the clothes on my back.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Basic queen room was small. Breakfast was included, but very basic and very limited gluten free choices.
Highway noise was a bit disturbing.
Our biggest problem was getting to the hotel. Poor street signs, so gps had us going in circles in rain and fog, which was very frustrating. Not the hotel’s fault, but this might result in some guests not returning or recommending to others.
