I visited Tunisia from the US, and this was by far the best establishment I stayed at. The beach looked like images from a post card, and the water was crystal clear. The food and service was top notch, from breakfast to lunch and dinner. I stayed 7 nights, and the rooms were very well furnished and taken care of. Staff was always helpful, and the animation team made sure we were aware of all activities going on. Volleyball, Yoga, Waterpolo etc… Also, the Thalasso and Spa was spectacular, the massage and water treatments were exquisite and staff was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel, and thank the staff for the great hospitality.

Super relaxant service extra,personnel génial un endroit a la fois chic et calme les femmes de ménage sont au top toujours souriante et bienveillante afin de vous sentir le mieux possible dans votre chambre service de bar aussi bravo enfin équipe d'animation de qualité pourtant y a pas grand monde mais ils sont présents et très serviable 😍😍 Merci le Plaza et a très vite

Best hotel ever! Really big room, perfectly clean; bed so comfy -never slept so good in 8 years!!! All people were really kind! Food is exceptionnely good = not great choice, but what is presented is above exceptation!!! All people are sou kind!!! Cried 3 times on my last day; would have stayed there for the rest of my life!!! The beach is far away... but the hotel is so good!!! A special thanks to the servers in the restaurant; -qnd don't forget the patissiers - wow: never ate such wonderfull cakes: you are amazin g evryone was sou kind... I dont have words !!!

I spent 12 days in the hotel with my wife in July. Pros are free sunbeds by the pool, nice swimming pool and animations. Cons are cold meals even when you are the first to come to the restaurant, only one set of cutlery for meals, service does not clean tables, toilets by the pool and there is often no water in the rooms, in the pool bar you can only see a few pseudo juices, sometimes coca cola and beer that smells like urine (abomination). In the bar la sirena we were served by the staff only on the first day of our stay, when it turned out that we are not French, so no one served us!!!

The pictures they have online is not how it looks now at the resort . The service horrible if u are not French then u don’t get a table or you can’t order any drinks the staff just passes by our table and just ignored us . I was there 9 days and it was the worst experience ever. The entertainment is bad the music is from the 60 the whole set up stuff horrible attitude . They talk back at you they treat you like they are making u a favor ,, if u are nit white skin they ignored u , if u are from Tunisia they treaty even more bad .

The best animators we have met the guys are trying the best they can and trust me youll enjoy they positive energy bravo for the animation team also the personal is fine but the animators are best gj guys

The hotel is very pleasing to the eye with it's exemplary architecture resemblinh djerba's traditions with the date trees and the big dome on top. The staff were very nice and so were the animators who took it upon themselves to make everyone cheerful

The hotel service is nice and smiley , the restaurant has nice and different meals everyday , we liked visiting that hotel , we recommend it, and another point that needs all the thanking is the entertainment team which made the hotel alive , thanks for all
