We had a great time here. Pool and beach are fantastic and there is a lovely, relaxed vibe in the place. The rooms are lovely and special gardens make the place feel very peaceful. Special mention to the lovely woman Wiem at reception who is the best!

Welcome Receptionist was welcoming and greeted warmly. Whilst dealing with our passport / papers, he kindly offered to go to the restaurant and have dinner before it closes at 9.00pm. Tourist Tax seems to be too expensive pp 12dt pp per day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room: Specious, clean and standard room amenities. Bed was kind of hard, and furniture were quite old and needs refurbishment. They do not supply tea / coffee / kettle in the room to make your own hot drink. Fridge is there but empty. No tissues supplied in the room for personal use. No water provided unless you get a bottle from the restaurant. Daily room service is there ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Foods: Breakfast A good choice different breakfast items were available and staff were friendly and helpful. A good verity foods were served for both lunch & dinner continental cuisine and traditional Tunisian cuisine were served too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spa ‍♂️ Spa facilities are there, but very expensive compare to other Mediterranean destinations around the world. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ WiFi Very poor WiFi connectivity throughout the hotel except the lobby. ⭐️⭐️ Pool & The Beach ️ Massive outdoor pool within the hotel and beach access . Friendly staff but you have to collect card for beach towel and pay €10 for pp. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Location : Very good location for beach, souks, taxi and other attractions too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall I would rate this resort as 3⭐️ !! They need to improve on customer services, caring and provide other essential complimentary facilities inside the room like other hotels and resort do.

not much to say very nice staff very kind food decent the only problem i would say is there wifi is terrible dont expect to watch any videos if u want to relax in bed after a long day drinks are great and are not stingy on the ligour would come back again.

Super animation all the animation team is gentle and the always being there for us with a smile and so much Energy . And they make so much shows ... it was really was a good experience all the the personel there was good and friendly the bar Mans the personel who worked in the restaurent really it was one of the Best hotel That i visited and i advice Everyone to visited the Best Royal karthago

We took a one week all inclusive pre Christmas break with the intention of unwinding and having some real downtime. Even in low season the resort was fabulous with an excellent selection of food every lunch and dinner time. The entertainment team put 100% effort into ensuring guests had the best time possible. The resort has very nicely maintained gardens and pool and also has direct beach access. Our room was spacious, very clean and always quiet at night. Overall a very positive and pleasant experience.

I had a very good vacation in this hotel. I was my first visit there. The shows was good. Everything was good. The waeather was good. The animation team was exellent. Food was good. The drinks was good. Beautiful beach from the hotel and very close
