My Director prepaid on Priceline. Can't under the Front desk staff. They asked for my debit card, even after I attempted to show them it has been paid for already. I agree...the bed is hard. At time of writing this, I'm not sure if there's a Breakfast. It's noisy. I haven't even left my room.

After reading some of the reviews here, I was kind of scared of what we were going to find. We were very pleased with the room. It was very clean. The tv and a/c worked just fine. The bed was huge and quite comfortable.

Stayed at Windsor in and Suites in March 2018 with friends. We were visiting Dodge City as I loved Gunsmoke. The Windsor was a nice hotel, clean and staff pleasant. In area close to visiting museum and old remake of Gunsmoke city streets. Would stay again.

This listing is a complete lie. They list a pool, free breakfast and gym as amenities, none of which they have. The place reeks, the beds are atrociously hard and the place has cockroaches, one of which was dying on our bathroom floor when we checked into our room. Don’t fall prey to these people. I have never run across a bait and switch quite this brazen before on Tripadvisor. Shame on you, TripAdvisor. Update this listing now, before any more of your patrons are ripped off.
