酒店各方面設施都挺好的。當時到了過後遇到過一件很無語的事情。前台居然告知我他們的系統出問題了，沒辦法給我房卡，説每次我回酒店都需要找他們來給我開門。就這一點感覺挺無語的。。。

The suite is not clean, as it is full of bed bugs. They are also present in the bathroom. I suffer from allergies.

I absolutely loved the place. The cleanliness, the comfort, the luxury, the amenities. The suit was very spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped. The staff were helpful and responsive. The price is perfect.

This hotel should be rated maximum as three stars hotel. First night we couldn’t sleep from pumps and water drainage so we have shifted to another room with bad mattress solid as a rock , safe not working ( i brought batteries and fix it ) and no hot water the first day in the second room and later we need to wait for 5 minutes after operating the shower until the hot water came , and unfortunately no one took action for 4 days stay in the second room. On top of that their manager on duty (Tarek) is one of the rudest manager in face in hotels noting that the front desk team was nice

The hotel is clean and is in a great location, but the staff aren’t always responsive. We asked for a pan, some towels, another pillow and some cutlery and we got none of the items (despite repeated requests). On the positive side, Junna and Sushma cleaned the apartment and were absolutely fabulous. They left the apartment so clean and tidy and we really appreciate all of their efforts.

The price of the hotel was very affordable, offering discount(50%), the apartment was spacious, confortable and luxury, the breakfast was excellent and the ambience was great
