Very Nice Staff. Pool area is amazing. Very nice gym. The food and beverages are a bit skeptical. I didn’t understand that the top shelf alcohol wasn’t included in the all inclusive. I had a great time overall.

Love my stay only complaint would be the buffet food could be a lot better most of the staff was nice and helpful power did go out a few times that was a little annoying but I definitely enjoyed my stay with my wife

Hotel overall was good, common areas were clean, entertainment was good just the volume of the music and everything was kind of low, food was good, personnel in the restaurants were nice, some of the people on the front desk were nice others not that much. But overall was good. Nice selection of restaurants. Only complaint is that I understand that check in is at 3pm but we arrived at 2:25pm the hotel was not full you could tell there was not lot of people around and they made us wait until three stating the room wasn’t ready and casually at 3:02 i asked again and was magically finished. Some other hiccups but its ok I can’t ask for much for the price

The staff was very friendly. The resort had many activities for us to do and they provided great entertainment. Food at the restaurants was delicious. We enjoyed the saltwater pools and the view of the ocean and sunset every evening.
This is a great place to stay at if you want to unplug and reset. Very relaxing! We would love to come back again!

Our stay at this property was okay but not great. The entertainment was decent but the staff needs more management and direction on how to interact with customers. The staff were pretty good except for one rude guy at the bar. The food was not good at all but the food truck outside had a really good chicken sandwich. The property itself was beautiful and the staff was accommodating with changing our room due to the first room having no view at all. The pool was beautiful but could use a little maintenance, the pool was chipping and cutting the bottoms of our feet and it is very slippery on the flooring they have outside the pools.

The property was well looked after and there was always lots of staff on duty.
I didn't like that there was no shuttle for us to take to and from the airport.

The stay was great for the price, food was pretty good for the most part. Drinks included with package were ok nothing out of this world and of course premium liquor you could recognize by name were not included. The rooms had a wired smell coming from the restrooms everything the floors upstairs floated their toilets. Aside from that inconvenience the stay was pretty good for the price. No beach’s on this particular hotel just saltwater pools by the ocean from which you could jump into the ocean through a platform to see the coral fish.

This place is beautiful and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We loved the food, so much variety. Everything was just perfect for us. There were 3 beautiful salt water pools, a smaller jet tub and a huge fresh water pool. Property is gorgeous and clean and well-maintained. There was a snack bar, a food truck, 3 bars, a restaurant. Also a sushi restaurant was available for extra, but they also had 2 other complimentary smaller dining ares serving Italian and Mexican food. We had all inclusive package and it was a good value. One of the better resorts I stayed in. If you love the people and the emerald waters of Dominican for adults only, this is the place to stay. Amazing experience

We enjoyed that it was a smaller resort. The layout is great with the pools and eating areas right next to the ocean. The swimming area in the ocean is great; an easy in and out of the ocean.
