I booked 12 nights here for my wife and I. We both had a great time. The choice restaurants was good. Bookings them via the app was quite straightforward. The beach was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Mariolos. The only negative was booking through TUI. The TUI rep didn't appear for the duration of our stay. The transfer from the airport was badly organised. But I must stress the hotel/resort was fantastic. If you plan to Scuba Dive I would recommend Dressel Divers 200 metres down the beach.

This resort just became 1 of my favorites. My family did not want to leave because we were treated so well. The staff and entertainment went above and beyond helping me organize my mother's birthday and I've never seen her so happy. Special thanks to Viviana for doing everything possible to make it perfect. The entertainment team is the best I've seen, they are nice they are energetic and they definitely lift your spirits to make you happy. The shows were great and enjoyed every minute of it. Special thanks to Melaza, Papi Juan coco channel, dj chocolate, Janet and Raquel. Overall thos hotel is underrated and don't believe all the bad reviews. This is very worth it and you will not regret going to it.

The Maura typical cabin manager told us that he is no longer working with Trip.com, who only do it with Booking or Airbnb because they don't charge any fees. When we arrived, we told us we had no reservation, we cancel if we had done it at Trip.com, we still wait for the reimbursement of Trip.com and we had to pay for the stay in cash.

I have an upcoming booking for this hotel on 11/03-11/09, and so far the experience has been absolutely terrible without even staying yet. My wife, myself and my parents are booked for my sister‘s wedding that has 30+ guests. At first, the Hilton put us in the wrong hotel (family resort instead of adult resort), after claiming they had no rooms available at the adult resort even though they have multiple rooms available through the app, including upgrades. They told my sister- the bride, our 80-year-old father could walk back-and-forth in between resorts if he wanted to be with the family, which is 30+ guests. After multiple emails back-and-forth to several different managers from my sister and I, we finally got moved, never told and ignored via email when asked. I found out after I checked my Hilton app. Furthermore, as a gold member elite status they’re refusing to upgrade my room. They put me in the most basic room available. I have yet to be at one Hilton resort where I have not been upgraded me as a gold elite member. I’ve contacted the hotel multiple times at the email address provided with no response whatsoever. As of this date, they have still failed to respond to me and continue to have me the runaround. They also failed to respond to my sister after trying to get confirmation that all of the guests are in the correct resort. As a gold member elite, I frequent several Hiltons around the world. I am absolutely disgusted with this hotel resort, and I have not even stayed there yet. They deny, refuse, ignore guests. I will be contacting corporate… Jeffrey Cox
