I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and have always had good experiences. The staff are really friendly and very accommodating nothing is to much trouble. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and it's near the shops and train station so it's ideal and it's just over the road from the Minster which is lovely and it's lit up at night it looks really nice. I will continue to stay at this hotel.

Wifi didn’t work at all, but the staff were really friendly, room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfy

Great hotel, Shelly on reception was fantastic and very helpful, rooms very clean, hotel is in a great central location

Very good location and practical for exploring. Clean tidy and friendly staff . No complaints. Easy to check in and no issues while stopping. Groups welcome and this helped us to be together for a good social day and night out.

The room was clean and the mattress was good quality. The AC didn’t work although the issue was reported to reception a few times. We were told the problem had been sorted. Water pressure kept cutting off so couldn’t have a shower.

Enjoyed staying, very friendly staff and very helpfully, always at hand if you need things, wouldn’t fault them any other way, highly recommend staying here, even if it’s just for one night, enjoyable experience and very very friendly xxxx

Gill and her great team helped accommodate me and 19 of my friends when we all arrived 3 hours early for our check in time and got us a few rooms so all tge girls could get ready for the races, all the rooms were clean and spot on and the staff from the cleaners to the staff behind the bar for breakfast were polite and cheerful which waking up very hungover was lovely. Great team and can't thank then enough, apologies if any of the rooms were quite messy it was a very long day of drinking
