Very cosy hotel, our family had a great time there and the breakfast was fantastic!

We visited as couples for a Sunday Lunch expecting a decent lunch. Oh to be disappointed. The roasts were terrible. Turkey roast with no pigs in blankets and Raw Stuffing balls that had been grilled on the outside briefly, far too many herbs in the Gravy....WHY? Leave the Gravy alone. All the vegetables were bland and underseasoned and not too warm. We definitely will not be back or be recommended this place to anyone a basic Roast ruined

Fantastic, local pub. Staff are always very welcoming and friendly. We turned up as a group, this was not a problem. The fire was lit and even though the kitchen was closed because we were late they made sure we were fed. Will be returning soon.

Stayed for one night to break up the journey to Cornwall. We received a friendly welcome on arrival and got checked in quickly before being shown to our room. Room was spacious enough for a family of four, with a decent size bathroom. We had dinner in the restaurant which was good size portions at good prices and tasted great. The breakfast was also great and each time the service was friendly and efficient. This is a lovely little traditional pub in a beautiful village and I would happily recommend to anyone wanting somewhere for an overnight stay.

Dog friendly stay with rooms out the back separated from the pub. Very friendly staff and good food provided for breakfast. Well cared for and looked after when it came to serving. Shame about the room. Black mould on every wall and the bed felt damp and had some mould on it too! Not to mention the hair in the bed. The shower overflowed everywhere when used. Yea and coffee provided with the kettle. Shame about the mould, hair and broken shower drain. Loved that it was dog friendly! However I wasn’t too sure how I felt about hearing the dogs bark coming from the kitchen.

Stop over on the way to Falmouth. Great country pub with B&B, good food and very helpful, friendly staff

We are a family of 4 and stayed in their family room. Absolutely amazing!
The room was spacious, bathroom super spacious!
Tea, coffee, hot choc and biscuits with kettle and tv.
The staff here are amazing. So helpful and the fur-staff Roxy and Dora were super cute! Breakfast was fully cooked and so tasty.
We had the curry for dinner and it was delicious.
Thank you so so much, we wished we could have stayed longer.
Would definitely stay here again anytime.

Lovely little room, the green emergency light kept me awake though! Smaller bed but lovely little room for a stopover
