A Memorable Stay at Mercure Dubai, Deira ... Definitely Reccommendable ... Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My recent stay at Mercure Dubai, Deira was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by Mr.Rafay that set the tone for the entire experience... As most properties do, a Security deposit of 100AED has to be done and the city taxes has to be paid in AED cash , whhich is aaprox 10AED/Day... The hotel's location in the vibrant Deira district , Near to the Corniche , in the newly devoloping Enrichment Deira project made exploring the city a breeze. With easy access to GoldSouk Metro(1 Min Walk) shopping centers, cultural landmarks, and dining options, I felt truly immersed in the heart of Dubai's bustling a**osphere. The room itself was spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing.One thing to note down was the Water Purifier provided in the room which is not seen in much places . The plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, while the stunning views of the city skyline added an extra touch of luxury. One of the highlights of my stay was the culinary experience at the hotel's restaurants. From indulging in delicious international cuisine at The Avenue to savoring authentic Arabic flavors at The Med, every meal was a delight for the senses. The roof top Infinity Pool & Gym offered are of top notch experience... Pool timings are 8am-8pm and has a bar too... spending a relaxed evening at the pool with some cocktails is also a very relaxing experience... The staff at Mercure Dubai, Deira deserve special commendation for their professionalism and attentiveness. Mehtab & Irene has my special heart for assisting during the day hours. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or simply offering a friendly smile, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend Mercure Dubai, Deira to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in Dubai. Случайно выбрали данный отель, ориентируясь на цену, и близость к метро, отзывов на момент заказа практически не было. От станции Золотой рынок, реально идти 3 минуты. Отель расположен в новом районе с хорошей застройкой и классной инфраструктурой. Есть магазини и рестораны в шаговой доступности. Мы брали номер с завтраком, так что где нормально поесть для нас было актуально. Вопрос закрыли в кавкшках у автостанции, она же и станция метро и парковка и отель))) Номер классный, видно, что отель только сдали, он новый. Матрас классный, сспали на нём как младенцы. В номере стоит фильтр для питьевой воды - очень удобно. Холодильник работает, чайник есть. Телевизор большой и много каналов. В номере есть стол для работы. В розетках есть разъём под USB. Ванная комната маленькая, но комфортная, фен лежал в столе, нашли только на второй день. Средства гигиены премиального качества, полотенца новые. Сантехника качественная. Завтрак шведский стол, было вкусно, нет было очень вкусно и хороший выбор блюд. Даже местная кухня прекрасна. По пути на завтрак проходишь по картинной галереи. На столах и в залах стоит свежая зелень в горшочках. Красивая посуда и шикарный кофе. Персонал отеля очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Внимательный к просьбам. Всегда улыбаются и готовы вам помочь. Спортивный зал не большой, но для занятия спортом его хватит. Беговая дорожка отличная. Бассейн на крыше с тёплой водой - прекрасен, с него открывается "прекрасный" вид на старый район, где в основном живут пакистанцы и индусы. Рекомендую отель для посещения, вам точно понравится.

Very good service .near metro and bus station .also very good staff.pool is also good

2023 new hotel. Amenities and breakfast are good. Near to Gold Souk metro and bus station, for public transport travel to attractions. However being too new, there is no big malls, supermarkets, or too much eateries nearby now.

Хороший отель, чистый, из минусов кран крепится к раковине странно, оч короткий, вода льётся на столешницу, а потом на пол.

1. 窗户气密性有问题造成房外躁音大。附近又有清真寺每天早上五点多呼喚晨禱的声音非常大，若不带耳塞绝对每天被吵醒！ 2. 早餐品种少，西式为主，但是夠吃。 3. 房和枕头舒服。 4. 我订的街景房躁音大！但是如果靠内侧的房就只能看近鄰的建物了。

We wanted to check in at night 2am but hotel staff was not helpful at all. We had the booking paper along with the hotel confirmation number but they refused to accept the booking at first and then told we have 1 room booked while we had booked two rooms. The staff was not ready to check with their reservation team or listen to us at all. We had to get them called from trip service in order for them to look for it after which they gave they found booking in 1 minute. Pathetic behaviour from staff . Very untrained and un professional.

Check in was good and the receptionist was very helpful and fast on early hrs of the 2nd of March ‘24 a gentleman and the concierge gentleman was helpful Though the room was not cleaned despite notifying them with the clean the room button The breakfast was just average and not complying with Middle East varieties but the staff at the restaurant were good Room cleaning needs to improve seriously cause the glass wares weren’t cleaned after were used the next day neither were the coffee and tea put in the room the tray was empty
