Wonderful experience, the room had a great view. The sunrise was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they were able to get the shuttle to send me to the metro on the rain day when I couldn’t get a cab.

Lovely space it. Absolutely gorgeous inside! It seems a bit outdated from the entrance compared to other hotels on the palm but it is truly outstanding!
The pool area is beautiful, the walk up is picturesque and looks like something out of a luxury holiday ad! The bathroom is gorgeous with glass finishes and intricate details that give it a luxury feel. The bathroom has its own tv! What more could you want!
The only thing I would say is the shower head was not working upon arrival which was disappointing and the hallway to the room feels someone different to the luxury feel of the whole hotel (we stayed in 450 area)- which was away from the main building …but overall the room was gorgeous! No complaints!

In the prepared compartment for wine glasses and the opener for the bottle were neither the glasses nor an opener. Only after two requests were the glasses and also the opener delivered

Not good experience , will not choose again for sure . Quite far away at the palm, hotel is quite old and service at front desk is not good at all. Heard HUGE construction noise from room and had to call 3 times and wait for long to get it resolved . Around 10pm the front door security are all at rest and no one opens the taxi doors …..Service in general not good, not worth the money . 酒店位置在棕榈岛上算偏远 服务也不好 前台态度很一般 一入住居然听到巨大的装修噪音 打了三次电话才解决 打电话叫服务半天都没人来 晚上10点多回酒店 门口保安已经不管开门了 几个人坐在旁边休息 看着 总体印象很差 非常不推荐 .

I want to share with you a dream experience we had at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah last October {2022}.
The experience started with exceptional service and a very warm and helpful welcome from all the employees and especially from the manager Sameh who took care of us in an exceptional way, we had also amazing amazing personal concierge who took care of and made it - a dream come true !
The room was spectacular, a view of the city's skyline, a very large room, extremely clean, huge bath, a huge bed!, pleasure in every corner and in everything {cleaning products, cosmetics and much more}.
The hotel pool is amazing, we especially loved the adults only pool.
The food by the pool - insane!
The breakfast is one of the richest I've ever had in my life - everything you've dreamed of, everything is fresh, delicious and the coffee... amazing!
Dinner at the restaurants {each one separately} is special, delicious and a unique experience.
The shuttles to the city are really convenient and at excellent times.
We are grateful for 3 nights of our life and an extraordinary experience! it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!
We will come back again and recommend everyone to go there and only there.
