Tatil için gittiğimiz muhteşem otel. Dubai o kadar belli ki muhteşem ..Müthiş bir estetik anlayışla döşenmiş her odalar ,çalışanları da çok samimi ve ilgililerdi,1 gece kaldık yetmedi kesinlikle bir gece daha uzatıyoruz,fiyatı da uygun bence,odalar tertemiz,ırmak kenarındaki çok şirin,huzur dolu,kesinlikle gitmelisiniz..

It’s suitable for business trip. I stayed here 4 nights.
And breakfast is good. I love the breakfast.
The staff are nice.
However, all the good memories be ruined after 24th Nov.
24th Nov, I came from Abu Dhabi and would like to stay here one night, then go back to China. However, I made a wrong booking date at this time. I need to book 24th Nov, but the order booking date is 24th Dec. I didn’t know this mistake until the reception told me this mistake. Unfortunately, it was 22:00PM when I know this problem, so I tried to ask the reception if they can help me to fix it. They just let me contact trip com. They didn’t give me any support. What’s worse, they don’t refund to me. A horrible experience.
I don’t understand why gulf hotel reject my request. Refund and then release a room to sell will not affect them. So sad about this problem.

Great hotel in business Bay Area, they showed us the rooms and choose between smoking or non smoking. Overall experience was very nice, a good swimming pool in private area.

Horrible hotel, everything is horrible.
Will not come here at the second time. Old facilities and far away to Burj Khalifa.

酒店是四星級，有些方面很不專業；提的要求基本不予滿足而且各種説辭敷衍住客，房間的地面也清不乾淨；部分前台待客感情用事，開發票開不明白，付過的遊客税讓重新付款，總體而言性價比很低。

This hotel is right in the center of Dubai,the staff are really good,most especially Mr Ojo,he was very kind and answered every question we asked him..
However the house keeping in this hotel is terrible,the beddings had a smell when we arrived,I asked for the to be changed and they weren’t changed. They don’t sweep the rooms during housekeeping they only spread the beds without even changing the beddings.

Excellent service all round and could not fault in anyway. In particular great help/service from pool staff Osman and Amerol. both who were exceptional and couldn't have done anymore. Very kind helpful and nothing was too much for them.
