Çok hayal kırıklığı yaratan bir deneyim. Bu, yaklaşık 100 AED tutarında ek vergi ödemeye çalıştıkları check-in işlemiyle başladı; tüm vergiler zaten ödediğiniz fiyata dahil olduğundan bunu ödemek zorunda değilsiniz. Ayrıca 500 AED tutarında oda depozitosu talep ediyorlar ve eğer onlara ABD doları verirseniz, bunu dirheme çevirerek çıkış sırasında size iade edecekler. Bu onların politikası ve para alışverişine karşı çıkmak işe yaramıyor. Havaalanına gittik, artık o kadar dirheme ihtiyacımız kalmadı. Bir diğer sinir bozucu politika da, buna izin verilmediğine dair hiçbir işaret olmamasına rağmen balkonda sigara içmenin yasaklanmasıdır. Balkon sigara içilmeyen odanın bir parçası olarak kabul edildiğinden "temizlik" için çok yüksek bir 1000 AED talep ettiler. Balkonun açık alan olduğu yönündeki iddialar da işe yaramadı. Birçok otel, oda dışında sigara içilmesine izin vermektedir ve eğer yasaksa, her zaman bunu gösteren işaretler bulundurmaktadır. Son olarak depozitomuzu aldılar ve bana bunun gasp olduğunu hissettirdiler. Sağlanan banyo malzemeleri ucuzdu, duş zayıftı ve kullandıktan sonra her yerde su var. Wi-Fi yavaştı ve asansör bekleme süresi çok uzundu, bu da kalışımızı daha da olumsuz etkiledi. Ayrıca kanepeler ve sandalyeler eskidir ve değiştirilmeleri gerekmektedir. Bir daha asla orada kalmayacağım.

They didn’t clean our room properly, and it was so dirty (you can refer to the photos). Also, the hotel room looks a bit old. However, the location of this hotel is pretty good, and the room was very spacious with a balcony.

What did we like: We like the spacious rooms The location is next to the train station The luggage and house keeping staff are friendly and helpful Beautiful view from from the apartment The bar was fun to hang out and have a beer What did we not like: We did not get what we booked and paid for at this accommodation. They combined our rooms and called it an upgrade. Rooms were not ready at check in time and we were told to pay more if they gave us the room at 1:30 to leave our bags. The lady at the front had a breakdown and was rude when we asked for the rooms we booked and not their upgrade. Lastly check in and check out takes a min of 20 minutes so be prepared to wait. Experience dated : 06 Feb 2024 All in all, this accommodation is satisfactory.

Location is great as it is right beside the exit of the metro. Amenities not provided: toothbrush and slippers. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Overall great suite room with separate living and bedroom space. Reserved for 2 person however cups and towels only had 1 set. Good view of city and close to metro station.

Hotel is located in front of the most important Dubai street. There is heavy traffic all the day and night. Room has balconary and the windows on it are terrible, no way to close them and the street noise come inside the room, it's impossible to sleep without earplugs (I travel a lot and it's first time I experience something like that). Also note that my room was at 37 floor (over 40), it doesn't help for the street noise. If you want sleep, do not come here or ask for opposite siede.
