Emirates Grand Hotel

First at all I would like to say thanks for you because generaly the value of cost was very good, for the hotel hospitality was great and dealing with the workers others as well. But really I would to high light a very important matter had been happened to me since was the checking out day should receive my items from Amazon UAE but unfortunately I couldn't due to misunderstanding was being done between the reception and the delivery man.

Staff are very helpful. It's a just a minute far from the metro. The building is serving from 15 years. They have upgraded the room on higher floor. We could see the sea from the room. Room, kitchen and drawing room was very specious. The view from the restaurant on top was spectacular.

An old building doesn't mean an old standard , isn't it ? C/I evening too tired to complain, got the room with dirty things left such as : used face mask behind side table, dirty paper inside table drawer , tissue paper cover left on the floor inside bathroom, bath liquid was not filled, fushed bulb Infront bathroom door, dirty balcony,dishwasher sink smell a very strong stinked ( they do really need to check the pipe, it smell horrible ! It seems the room was not inspected before release to the guest arrival. However HSK team leader and the team did best to enhanced all the cleanliness. Next few days, each time they make up the room, instead to change the linens, they did onlyy spray the blanket to look neat but the stain it last ! I'm not sure if this really 3* or 4* hotels ? Each time did turn down service ,there is always things incomplete, bath towel left only 1 while the room was double occupancy. Surprisingly, each time we ask to refresh the room in the evening , either housekeeping operator or telephone operator answer the same things " housekeeping only come from 9am to 5pm, after no more ". Is this their standard to have only day time service or they have lack of manning?. We got perhaps a privilege from Fahim who allow us to get service anytime we wish to,thanks Fahim ! Also the telephone operator, aren't they supposed to have standard on how to pick up the guest call or answering like "hallo? / Yes,can I help you?/yes,wht do you want? " Is normal things to them ? I bet they won't remember wht they said to me but I'm also hotelier,at least 3* hotel has standard on responding the guest call. We did express our gratitute to housekeeper who look after our stuff,we give some sweet bites but we got an answer like this ? They did apologize of course , but it was disrespectful.. Pls Grand Emirates Hotel Manager, ensure to give English training to the staff on how to solve the guest issue with appropriate words, jst to be sure fire them isn't a solution,noted that ! Advise to further guest, jst make sure check the room first before pay and always pay on the spot, not recomend to pay in advance , you might get fooled. There is nothing we could do than shortened the stay 2days earlier.

I am surprised of the huge apartment room. I like the view of the restaurant during breakfast but unfortunately during dinner I’m not allowed to go back to see the view again but the staff said that morning is that I am allowed to. The bathtub cap in my room was missing. I told the staff to fix it but he didn’t came until I checked out

This is a nice hotel. Not far from the beach lamier, about 12dirhams. Rooms are big, but looks old, haven’t been changed since they opened I guess. Not far from Dubai mall, right next to metro station. The only problem is… someone could come to you during night time!! Open a door. Workers. As they say to us “to change towels” at 3AM!!!

The hotel is quite old And current under renovations So it’s quite noisy and disturbing. Not so recommend Only thing good is near to the metro and cheap price

30 floors building only has four small lifts! Long waiting time. Have to ask for clothes hangers, shampoo, kettle, after entering the room.

It’s always a good time coming back here. The location is absolutely perfect right next to financial center metro station and some good restaurants nearby. It has to work more on cleanliness and on providing quicker service. Overall it’s a comfortable place.

Hello, thank you for the hospitality of the Emirates Grand Hotel, but there was an issue that the hotel was being renovated and it was not suitable for using the elevator and the noise, otherwise everything was fine.
