The hotel is located very near from the exhibition center.
The room cleaning service was not bad. I don’t know why they didn’t clean up the room during the daytime. I didn’t asked for not cleaning.
And the serious one was the electric coffee pot. It was really dirty. I cannot use them. I experienced similar situations last time. So I brought my own electric pot.
The breakfast was quite nice.

This hotel suits with people who would like to go to the World Trade Center , Dubai because it is quite opposite side of the World Trade Center. Also, it is near metro, so it is easy and convenient for transportation. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. For breakfast, there are many kinds of food and beverage for you to choose. I recommend carrot juice which is so fresh.

It was our honeymoon trip and Voco Dubai never fails to amaze us. We had a great room with view and they even gave complimentary dessert. Breakfast is amazing, a wide selection of food to choose from. It was absolutely delicious. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Our flight back was in the late evening and we managed to request for late checkout. Thank you so much Voco Dubai for making our honeymoon trip a memorable one!

Location is really good! Approx 5mins walk from World Trade station. There is also food, a clinic and supermart nearby! My family and I arrived at the hotel at 6am and was surprised that the front desk managed to do a early check in for one of our rooms- thumbs up for that!
Breakfast spread was pretty good but can get abit boring as the menu doesn’t change much everyday. Other than that, overall it was a pleasant stay and will definitely be back again.

Staying at VOCO Dubai is one of the best decision I made for your Dubai trip. Our rooms are spacious compared to most hotels on Sheikh Zayed Road, also offering stunning city view overseeing the Museum of the Future. If the room window glasses had less stains, we could take more beautiful pictures in our room. Front desks staff are efficient and attentive to our needs. Breakfast has a great variety of foods, from fresh juice to fresh-brew coffee, from made-to-order omelette to Arabic dish. If time allows, please go to Window's Bar at the top floor, have a good beer and onions rings!

I recently stayed at the hotel, and my experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Happy from the reception. From the moment I checked in, Happy's warm and welcoming demeanour made me feel like a valued guest. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in ensuring my stay was comfortable went above and beyond my expectations. Happy's dedication to customer service is commendable, and her positive attitude left a lasting impression. The hotel is fortunate to have such a dedicated and personable staff member. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Happy. She also gave us free cookies! 🙂
Room - we got the view of the Museum of the Future from the toilet, however the view from the room was blocked by external almunum cladding. It’s find though as most of the time we were outside and enjoying the sightseeing in Dubai.
Breakfast - we enjoyed the special dishes that changes daily! I hope more choices of dishes. The special dishes such as the avocado toast and steak and eggs are the best!! Love it! Fresh fruits and juices are great!
Concierge - fast and efficient, helped me to call for a taxi (though the hotel taxi was initially offered - price is x2 of the normal taxi).
Housekeeping - reliable. They did a great job making our room tidy and nice to rest after a long day.
Check-out - as our flight is still at 9pm, we were allowed to stay in the room until 2pm and they allowed us to use the club lounge until 6pm FOC.
I strongly recommend this hotel when you visit Dubai!! Thank you voco Dubai hotel to making our trip to Dubai memorable! Kudos! Keep up the good work!
