酒店屬於老牌五星級酒店，配套非常齊全，有游泳池、健身房、中餐館，最好的就是有代客泊車服務。

Initially, I was in doubt to book this hotel as their location is slightly far from city centre.
But I never regret it after staying in this plush hotel.
Took an Uber taxi from terminal 2 airport. Took me around 15 minutes to arrived.
It was a huge complex hotel next to the sea/beach.
Large check in/waiting area and well organized.
Smooth check in especially booked from trips.com.
The check in lady was very nice and explained me in details what facilities were available for the hotel.
They have 4 lifts and the speed of the lift was fast.
Got a large room. I like when they have a separate working table from the mirror.
The best part was the toilet with luxurious feeling. They have bath tub and round bath space.
Quality of amenities was excellent except they do not provide oral care equipment.
Restaurant during breakfast was acceptable. In my opinion not many choices of food available and it appears to be influenced by Indian based chef where majority of food is Indian based food.

Wonderful stay. Metro station is 400 meters from the hotel which is quite difficult to walk to during temp of 38 degrees or higher.
metered taxi readily available outside.
The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was nice although more variety would be great for guest staying more than a few days.
Overall nice hotel and great view from the room.

Excellent well-trained Multi-National staff from South Asia, Egypt, Myanmar, Thailand, Kenya and Rwanda
The hotel ground level inculdes luxury boutiques, convenience stores and ice skating

酒店雖然舊，但是基本設施維護的還行，酒店旁邊有個超市，還挺方便的，服務也還挺熱情的，價格相對杜拜還行，但是跟國內比的話還是差了一些

第一次給酒店差評。這頂多是個三星的標準。房間極其陳舊，早餐種類少還很難吃，不知道怎麼給的五星定位。

교통편이 불편하다고 해서 걱정했는데 바로 앞에 Gold Souq 역이 있어서 시내 접근성 좋았습니다 , 택시비가 생각외로 비싸고 험하게 운전하고 교통체증도 심합니다 , 가능한 지하철을 이용하는게 좋습니다 그런면에서 호텔 추천합니다 , 비즈니스 호텔이고 직원 친절도는 5성급입니다만 , 샤워부스가 작고 아침식사 종류가 다양하지는 않습니다만 그럼에도 만족할만한 곳입니다 , 추천합니다

Arrived in hotel 13:30 been told our room is not ready, room card was given to us around 15:00 when we get into room spouse to be a sea view room with extra large bed , it was two single bed base and on top there was double mattress we booked as a sea view room but it wasn’t it was , there is no room immunity only two drinking water and we paid extra for regency club room with club access and in club lounge after 11:00 till evening only one sort of cookies no other sandwich or biscuit, I have been staying this hotel for last 15 years I have to look some where else in future

I believe, because the hotel is great , this leads to overcrowding and many clients. This is reflected as overcrowding in the Lobby area and reception is overwhelmed. It usually takes around 15 to 30 minutes to finish one client ... I would encourage the reception team to become proactive and make paper documents ready for expected guests up on arrival .
Rooms are spaciouse and clean with nice view.
I would come again for sure .
