The overall service was kind of good. I went on Sunday, there was no one to attend.
There was no phone in the room to call someone for anything, also no number was provided.
The water bottles was provided only for the first day.
No tooth paste was available.
However, the room quality was Ok. Although the temperature was bit high this time in summer, but there was no fan or AC available.

冇乜設施，無正式酒店大堂，好近大型購物中心
泊車要CHF20 一日，早餐CHF10一個人
充滿工業風，不過價錢偏貴。相信有其他更好的選擇。

The rooms are industrial chic and very clean. Love the business model (ask when you get there!). Staff is GREAT!

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting chris**as markets and exploring Zurich. Location wise this hotel is fantastic, it is just outside the hustle and bustle of Zurich centre but with the convenient tram stop outside you can be in most places within 30 mins.
The hotel itself is lovely, the room had what we needed for a comfortable stay: large bathroom, safe, fridge, comfy beds and heating.
The concept of the hotel is a wonderful idea by training and supporting young adults in employment. All staff we met were so friendly and happy to help no matter what.
Breakfast was continental and there was more then enough choice for us. We popped into the restaurant for lunch as well and the food was delicious.
I definitely recomend a stay here as a base for exploring Zurich.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was a brilliant base to explore Zurich and see the Chris**as markets. The room was spacious and warm and had everything that was needed, including a large bathroom, safe and fridge As for the hotel itself, it is a wonderful concept supporting young adults and giving them the opportunity of employment. All staff we met and spoke to were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental and delicious. Always had enough choice. We also popped into the restaurant for lunch once and the food was excellent. Location wise, this worked for us as a tram stop was 2 minutes from the hotel and you could be most places in 30mins. The airport is also 20 mins by the same tram I would definitely recommend staying here whilst in Zurich.

My wife and I came to really enjoy this property. The auto check in was very convenient and having parking available was awesome (though it did take us some time to find the correct parking spots available. The rooms are located in a local residential area which initially caught us off guard, but it was very safe and we enjoyed being among local families with children playing outside. The area felt very safe and homey. The room was spotless clean and well appointed with updated furniture that was comfortable. I definitely recommend Zweibeck to travelers who , like us, prefer to get away from tourist areas and blend into the local culture. One additional note, though we never actually ate at the Bistro, the Italian Bar/restaurant seemed to always be open and have excellent sandwiches, drinks, and coffee as well as pastries.

Zeven is an amazing host. The property is convenient to get to the airport and to Zürich by tram/train.

This is just a hostel utilizing what seem to be extra rooms of an active apar**ent complex. This needs to be clearly stated. Trying to get to check in is a hassle and it is HIGHLY over priced! Find another place and avoid at all costs!
