Quaint historical hotel that falls short of being luxury boutique hotel with fair to good service. Good value for money and good base to use in Dubrovnik however surrounding area does not have much to offer. If you like us and intend to venture from the hotel daily then worth a stay. Surprisingly good availability of sun beds around the pool area and reminded you of a villa in Tuscany. The theme sadly does not carry indoors. ROOM: As the hotel is old, insulation is poor and movement in your neighbouring room can be disturbing. Decor is 80s but very neat and clean. Free bottled water in rooms. Pillows a bit on the hard side. Housekeeping is efficient and clean. BREAKFAST: Fairly decent menu and coffee typical of other spots in Croatia. Fresh ingredients Lovely spot to have breakfast, very peaceful outdoor spot. FACILITIES: A bar and terrace overlooking the marina however no service there. Pool area, clean and neat with limited but tasty pool side menu. Enough sun beds and peaceful spot. Good spa and change facilities SERVICE: Some parts great, however all staff are not consistent but none where rude or aggressive.

We stayed for 3 nights and highly recommend it. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and gave us recommendations of things to do in the area. The hotel restaurant has a great breakfast as well as dinner. The location is nice and quiet, close to other restaurants and a winery. Uber rides were quick and easy into the old town, plus there are many bus stops in the area that will take you there as well. Extra thanks to Jenny for all your help, we had a wonderful time!

This small, boutique hotel looks like a castle and feels like home. Jenny, Tom and staff went out of their way to make sure our two week stay was perfect in every way. The attention to detail was terrific as was every breakfast and poolside experience. The harbor location is ideal for walking to dinner, private and public beaches, the ferry, the city & suburban bus system and even old town if you are up for a couple of miles. We walked and took the easy-to-use public transportation system everywhere. Hotel Kazbak is very near good restaurants; our favorite is Maskeron. (One to avoid is Okra, location is convenient, but food is over-priced and terrible!) In summary, the location is perfect, the rooms/pool/restaurant clean and comfortable, but best of all are the people! Fala to everyone at Kazbek!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Kazbek. A beautiful hotel in a great location. The room and pool were both fantastic. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly - they went above and beyond. They helpfully printed boarding tickets out for our boat journey. They also ensured that we had a take away breakfast on a day when we were leaving the hotel early so would miss the normal breakfast time. Can’t fault it. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at Kazbek Hotel was perfect! Each room is uniquely designed, blending classical charm with modern comfort. We loved starting our day with breakfast on the beautiful courtyard terrace and spent our afternoons sunbathing by the private pool. The highlight was the hotel's restaurant, where we savoured the rich flavours of Adraitic Sea with dishes made from the freshest local ingredients. A perfect romantic getaway!

This is a fantastic boutique hotel. It only has about 15 or 16 rooms. It has a superb restaurant, very reasonably priced, the breakfast is excellent. The location is good and the old town is a 20 minute bus ride away. It is in a peaceful part of town, and my feeling is that as the old town is usually pretty busy, it is better to stay outside the city walls. The best thing about the hotel is the staff who are all very helpful, and for whom nothing is too much trouble. We have been very impressed and are happy to recommend this highly.

What a special hotel. If they have availability - book it. You won't be disappointed. It's a beautiful building, the room was spacious, clean and furnished to a high standard. The staff were unfailingly perfect. The breakfast was excellent. A wonderful week. We want to come back to the Hotel Kazbek.

The ost stunning hotel I've had the pleasure to stay in. You really feel like you're staying in a piece of the countries history. Rooms were immaculately cleaned daily, staff from reception, to dining to housekeeping were friendly and hard working. Breakfast was outstanding!!! And a great way to start each day, sat in the sun on the glorious terrace. Location is amazing and I honestly can't say anything was bad. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

We spent just two nights here and we loved this small, charming hotel. The breakfast was top notch, fresh cakes and local wines thrilled us. Our was spacious, bed comfortable, all perfectly clean. The setting is romantic and we will be back for longer stay next time!
