Great central location in the old town. Apartment was well suited for our small family trip with all amenities we might need. Great and helpful communication and a charming apartment.

Apartment is perfectly located in a beautiful house just of the Stradun street . Easy walk from the Gate and only a few steps up .
Our host was excellent when it comes to communications and helping us with local tips .
Place is beautiful , tastefully decorated and meticulously clean . It has everything that one needs for staying . Comfortable beds and nice linens , plenty of towels . It is very quiet once the windows are closed and that is rare in Old Town . Highly recommended .

There are 3 studio apartments just off the main ***** of old town (Stradun), we were in ‘Orlando’ on the 3rd floor. As per other reviews there is a lot of stairs if you have an issue with your legs or health be aware. Dubrovnik old city is pedestrian only so it’s a walking holiday break/ plus many flights of stairs to the room. But you’ve been warned ! The studio is beautiful and spacious not at all cramped. Wifi and tv worked well. Shower and hot towel rail worked well. Iron in the corridor and washing machine in the bathroom (no dryer but heated towel rail works well). Full length mirror was lovely good space for trying on clothes make up hair etc. With a plug there too. Bed comfortable and amble room for hangers and storage. Kitchen equipment provided including microwave, nespresso machine kettle. I would recommend if the owner could provide a welcoming bottle of water on arrival. We stayed in 5 other location/ apartments in Croatia and this was the only one which didn’t provide a complimentary bottle of water. Location was slap bang in the old town but old town is small so no matter where you stay in old town you would be slap bang where you need to be. Brilliant Appartment- location, design, facilities are all amazing.
Only downside is that there could be noise from residents in the Appartment’s above.
